基于CMX469A嵌入式MODEM的PCB设计及其EMC分析

【摘要】:在电子产品设备高度发展的今天,,人们对电子设备的工作稳定性等也有了更高的要求。在设计电子设备时,电磁兼容问题不容忽视,良好的电磁兼容性是设备正常运作的保障。如果产品成型之后再发现电磁兼容问题并设法解决,在理论和实际上都将十分困难。所以在产品成型之前如果能很好的解决设备的电磁兼容问题无疑会节省很多时间和精力,因而对电子设备的PCB板即印刷电路板进行电磁兼容分析具有重要的研究意义。 论文首先介绍了PCB板的设计并讨论了电路板电磁兼容问题的基本理论,阐述了印刷电路板出现电磁兼容性问题的原因,并进行了理论研究。在南昌路通高新技术有限责任公司参与项目并研究设计出用于收发铁路信号的嵌入式Modem,给出了设计方法以及系统的软件组成,并在此基础上对其进行了PCB板电磁兼容分析。针对PCB板中的电磁兼容问题,论文还创新的使用Mentor Graphics公司的Hyperlynx软件对该嵌入式Modem进行建模仿真,成功的详细分析了PCB主要存在的电磁兼容问题,并且针对典型的时钟晶振网络干扰和线间串扰这两大电磁兼容问题提出了合理有效的解决办法,由此总结提出了一些用于PCB板电磁兼容设计的原则。提出的解决办法均使用软件辅助仿真进行验证,得出了合理正确的结论,并且在公司产品成型实际使用时,达到了预期的效果。
[Abstract]:With the high development of electronic equipment, people have higher requirements for the stability of electronic equipment. When designing electronic equipment, the problem of EMC can not be ignored. Good EMC is the guarantee of the normal operation of the equipment. If the EMC problem is discovered after the product is formed and solved, It will be very difficult both in theory and in practice. So if you can solve the EMC problem of the equipment before the product is formed, it will undoubtedly save a lot of time and effort. Therefore, it is of great significance to analyze the electromagnetic compatibility of the PCB board of electronic equipment, that is, printed circuit board. Firstly, the paper introduces the design of PCB board, discusses the basic theory of EMC of PCB, and explains the reason of EMC problem in PCB. In the project of Nanchang Lutong High-tech Co., Ltd., the embedded Modemon used to receive and receive railway signals is designed and designed. The design method and the software composition of the system are given. On this basis, the electromagnetic compatibility of PCB board is analyzed. Aiming at the problem of EMC in PCB board, the paper also innovatively uses the Hyperlynx software of Mentor Graphics to model and simulate the embedded Modem. The main EMC problems in PCB are analyzed in detail, and a reasonable and effective solution to the two EMC problems, which are typical clock crystal network interference and inter-line crosstalk, is put forward. Some principles used in EMC design of PCB board are summarized and put forward. The proposed solutions are verified by software aided simulation, and a reasonable and correct conclusion is drawn, and when the products are actually used in the company, The expected effect has been achieved.
