基于USB3.0的数据采集系统设计

【摘要】:USB串行通用总线,以其方便使用,即插即用,支持热插拔的特点,而广泛应用于计算机外设。目前USB2.0广泛应用于各个领域,但局限于其传输速率不高,只能用于中低速传输,对于高速图像数据、视频数据传输有一定的限制。USB3.0标准白皮书于2008年正式发布,传输速率达到5Gbps。传输速率可以与Camera Link总线、IEEE1394等高速传输总线的传输速率相匹敌。同时具有支持热插拔,接口结构简单,对于PC接口要求不高的特点。USB3.0的出现是通用串行总线发展的一个里程碑。USB3.0将成为传输总线流行的大趋势,在一定应用领域将替代高速总线Camera Link总线、IEEE1394。 随着信息时代的不断发展,高速大量的数据采集,在我们生活和科研领域显得尤为重要。如何实现大量数据高速采集,是一个重要的课题。论文首先介绍了几种常用的高速总线,分析了USB3.0数据总线的优势。接着分析了USB3.0传输的原理和优势。本设计实现基于USB3.0的大量数据的高速采集。模拟产生高速图像数据,通过DDR2实现高速缓存,利用USB3.0高速总线传输高速图像数据。完成USB3.0固件开发,应用程序开发,将接收到的数据进行存储显示。实验结果表明,可实现高达2Gbps的高速数据采集,,达到预期效果。在数据存储部分,应用固态盘磁盘阵列,实现高速数据读写。 论文对USB3.0的传输高速图像数据的研究,为以后将USB3.0高速总线用于相机系统奠定了很大基础,方便后续应用开发。
[Abstract]:USB serial universal bus is widely used in computer peripherals because of its convenience, plug and play and hot plug and play. At present, USB2.0 is widely used in various fields, but limited to its low transmission rate, it can only be used for medium and low speed transmission. For high speed image data, video data transmission has some limitations. The white paper of USB3.0 standard was officially released in 2008, and the transmission rate reached 5Gbps. The transmission rate is comparable to that of Camera Link bus and IEEE 1394. At the same time, it has the characteristics of supporting hot-plug, simple interface structure and low requirement for PC interface. The appearance of USB3.0 is a milestone in the development of Universal Serial bus. USB3.0 will become a popular trend of transmission bus. The Camera Link bus will be replaced by IEEE1394 in certain application fields. With the development of information age, high-speed data acquisition is becoming more and more important in our life and scientific research field. How to achieve high-speed data acquisition is an important issue. Firstly, several high-speed buses are introduced, and the advantages of USB3.0 data bus are analyzed. Then the principle and advantages of USB3.0 transmission are analyzed. This design realizes the high-speed data acquisition based on USB3.0. High-speed image data is generated by simulation, cache is realized by DDR2, and high-speed image data is transmitted by USB3.0 high-speed bus. Complete USB3.0 firmware development, application development, will receive data storage display. The experimental results show that the high speed data acquisition up to 2Gbps can be achieved. In the data storage part, the solid-state disk array is used to realize high-speed data reading and writing. In this paper, the research on the transmission of high speed image data by USB3.0 lays a great foundation for the application of USB3.0 high-speed bus in camera system, and it is convenient for subsequent application development.
