面向3D打印机的活动关节快速生成方法

【摘要】:3D打印技术作为快速成型领域的新兴技术,成为一种迅猛发展的潮流,但3D打印机手工设计带有关节的模型繁琐耗时。文章提出一种基于用户交互的活动关节快速生成方法。首先通过交互式方法分割模型,获得模型的分割边界;然后利用实体建模库ACIS对提取的分割边界进行实体建模,生成活动关节的实体模型;最后网格化关节模型,并进行打印。通过以动画角色关节生成为例的实验结果证明,该方法可以在少量用户交互的基础上,快速在堆砌式3D打印机上打印带有关节的模型,提高关节模型的生成速度。
[Abstract]:As a new technology in the field of rapid prototyping, 3D printing technology has become a trend of rapid development, but the manual design of 3D printer model with joints is tedious and time-consuming. In this paper, a fast generation method of active joints based on user interaction is proposed. First, the segmentation boundary of the model is obtained by the interactive method; then the entity model of the extracted boundary is modeled by using the entity modeling library ACIS, and the entity model of the active joint is generated; finally, the joint model is gridded and printed. The experimental results of animation character joint generation show that this method can print the model with joint on a pile of 3D printer quickly on the basis of a few users' interaction, and improve the speed of joint model generation.
