嵌入式PH值和高于PH值的碱百分比浓度测试仪的研究与设计

【摘要】:在工业生产过程中,工厂排出的化学废液中含有许多有用的离子,,如果直接排放掉,不仅会造成资源浪费,甚至会污染环境。离子的回收对溶液酸碱度有一定要求。因此,如果研究设计出一种能够测量出水溶液酸碱浓度的测试仪,显然具有较大理论意义和实用价值。 本文根据实际应用的需求,基于嵌入式技术、离子选择性电极和稀释测量法,研究并设计出一种具有低功耗、操作便捷的嵌入式PH值和高于PH值的碱百分比浓度测试分析仪。该分析仪不仅能测量0~14范围的PH值,而且能测量出PH值高于14的碱百分比浓度。 本文首先研究了离子选择性电极测量法和稀释测量方法,同时分析了温度对测量结果的影响;然后结合测试仪实际工作流程,以处理器LPC2214作为主控芯片,设计出本文的硬件系统,包括信号处理电路、A/D转换电路、触摸屏电路、串口通信电路、D/A,换电路、报警电路、液体进样电路、光电检测电路等;最后,在硬件系统的基础上,采用模块化的软件设计方法,开发出相应的软件系统,包括A/D采集软件模块、D/A输出软件模块、触摸屏控制软件模块、数据处理软件模块等。 经测试仪的软硬件整体调试和使用,表明测试分析仪工作稳定、人机交互良好,操作方便;通过对实际水溶液的测试与数据分析可知,测量准确度能够达到课题设计要求。
[Abstract]:In the process of industrial production, the chemical waste liquid discharged from the factory contains many useful ions. If it is discharged directly, it will not only cause waste of resources, but also pollute the environment. The recovery of ions requires the pH of the solution. Therefore, it is of great theoretical significance and practical value to design a measuring instrument which can measure the concentration of acid and base in aqueous solution. According to the requirement of practical application, based on embedded technology, ion selective electrode and dilution measurement method, a kind of embedded pH and alkali percentage concentration analyzer with low power consumption and convenient operation is studied and designed. The analyzer can not only measure the PH value in the range of 0 ~ 14, but also measure the percentage concentration of alkaloids with PH value higher than 14. In this paper, the ion-selective electrode measurement method and dilution measurement method are studied, and the influence of temperature on the measurement results is analyzed, and then the processor LPC2214 is used as the main control chip combined with the actual work flow of the tester. The hardware system of this paper is designed, including signal processing circuit, touch screen circuit, serial communication circuit, switch circuit, alarm circuit, liquid injection circuit, photoelectric detection circuit, etc. Finally, on the basis of the hardware system, Using the modular software design method, the corresponding software system is developed, including the A / D acquisition software module, the touch screen control software module, the data processing software module and so on. Through the whole debugging and using of the software and hardware of the tester, it is shown that the test analyzer works stably, the man-machine interaction is good, and the operation is convenient. Through the testing and data analysis of the actual aqueous solution, it can be known that the measuring accuracy can reach the design requirements of the project.
