云计算用户采纳行为研究

【摘要】：最近几年来，信息技术的发展速度非常之快，使得云计算成为信息科技和产业（IT）界的关键热词之一，自然云计算也就成为各个行业及领域重点关注的对象。目前，越来越多的企业、厂商和个人用户开始使用云计算，建立或搭建起自己的云计算平台。虽然云计算作为一种颠覆性技术，拥有很多优点，但同样存在着许多缺憾。而云用户认清云计算的价值然后采纳云计算，关系到云计算生存和发展。云计算的迅猛发展，不仅提高了用户的效率而且降低了成本，也使得影响其采纳行为的因素变的越发复杂。首先，，云计算提供的数据计算或存储的方法虽然比较安全可靠，但是安全可靠这一问题仍然是影响用户采纳云计算的障碍。其次，对于用户来说，云计算是不是容易掌握并且有用的，也是影响用户采纳云计算的重要因素。再次，用户所要完成的任务与云计算所提供的技术是不是匹配的，同样影响着云计算的采纳行为。最后，用户对云计算是否能够产生信任，信任的程度是多少，也决定着用户是否采纳云计算作为他们的主要工具之一。综合得到影响用户采纳云计算的因素有：安全可靠性、感知易用性、感知有用性、任务技术匹配度和信任。因此，本文从两个方面进行研究，一方面，结合我国云计算发展的背景和特点，参考国内外信息技术采纳研究和云计算采纳研究的成果与经验，以云计算采纳的个人为研究对象，研究和分析影响个人云计算采纳行为的关键因素，构建云计算用户采纳行为模型，发放调查问卷，使用AMOS、SSPS统计软件对所收集的数据进行分析，然后对模型进行评价和修正分析。通过实证分析，得出与用户采纳云计算行为具有正向相关的因素。另一方面，通过实证分析的结果提出中国情境下用户采纳云计算的路径和对策。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of information technology, cloud computing has become one of the key hot words in the field of information technology and industry (IT), and natural cloud computing has become the focus of attention in various industries and fields. At present, more and more enterprises, manufacturers and individual users begin to use cloud computing, build or build their own cloud computing platform. Cloud computing, as a disruptive technology, has many advantages, but also has many shortcomings. Cloud users recognize the value of cloud computing and then adopt cloud computing, related to the survival and development of cloud computing. The rapid development of cloud computing not only improves the efficiency of users and reduces the cost, but also makes the factors that affect their adoption behavior become more and more complex. First of all, the method of computing or storing data provided by cloud computing is relatively safe and reliable, but the problem of security and reliability is still an obstacle to the adoption of cloud computing by users. Secondly, for users, cloud computing is not easy to grasp and useful, is also an important factor affecting the adoption of cloud computing. Thirdly, whether the tasks to be completed by users and the technologies provided by cloud computing are matched, also affect the adoption behavior of cloud computing. Finally, whether users can trust cloud computing and how much they trust also determines whether users adopt cloud computing as one of their main tools. The factors that affect the adoption of cloud computing are: security reliability, perceived usability, perceived usefulness, task technology matching and trust. Therefore, this article carries on the research from two aspects, on the one hand, unifies our country cloud computing development background and the characteristic, consults the domestic and foreign information technology adoption research and the cloud computing adoption research achievement and the experience, Taking the individuals who adopt cloud computing as the research object, this paper studies and analyzes the key factors that affect the behavior of individual cloud computing adoption, constructs the cloud computing user adoption behavior model, distributes the questionnaire, and analyzes the collected data by using the AMOSS-SSPS statistical software. Then the model is evaluated and revised. Through empirical analysis, it is concluded that there are positive correlation factors with user's adoption of cloud computing behavior. On the other hand, based on the results of empirical analysis, the path and countermeasures for users to adopt cloud computing in Chinese context are put forward.
