基于组态技术的触摸屏控制器的设计和实现

【摘要】:触摸控制器,是一种智能化操作控制显示装置,是人与机器之间传递、交换信息的媒介和对话接口,是人机界面(Human-Machine Interaction,简称HMI)的一种。在传统工业控制领域,人机界面(HMI)也成了触摸控制器的代名词。经过几十年的发展,基于组态技术的触摸控制器,已经成为了结合计算机科学、认知心理学、人体工程学、美学、语言学等多项学科的产物。在用于工业现场的检测、数据采集、显示及自动控制的应用中,它具有功能强大,易于二次开发,性能稳定等特点。 本触摸控制器的研究,基于调查法与案例分析手法,分析传统人机界面的优缺点和应用经验,建立了严谨实用的应用需求,给出了触摸屏控制器的硬件设计和上位机的软件设计。硬件设计使用最新的AM335x芯片,,主要包括硬件结构、硬件配置、各硬件模块的功能设计、PCB设计图;上位机软件设计主要是通过编译功能化的上位机软件实现所有部份控件的功能,并且在终端将上位机软件移植于PC机上。 系统的设计与实现解决了包括静电防护ESD,电磁兼容EMC,和散热等技术难题。强大的组态功能不仅比现有产品扩展性更强,甚至能让下位机没有任何程序都可以让自动化设备进行有效自动控制,也大大提升了自动化设备的开发效率和界面友好性。
[Abstract]:Touch controller is a kind of intelligent operation control display device. It is a medium and dialogue interface for transferring and exchanging information between human and machine. It is also a kind of Human-Machine interaction (HMI) interface. In the field of traditional industrial control, HMI has also become the pronoun of touch controller. After decades of development, the touch controller based on configuration technology has become the product of computer science, cognitive psychology, ergonomics, aesthetics, linguistics and so on. In the application of industrial field detection, data acquisition, display and automatic control, it has the characteristics of powerful function, easy to secondary development and stable performance. The research of the touch controller, based on the investigation method and case analysis, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the traditional man-machine interface and the application experience, and establishes the rigorous and practical application requirements. The hardware design of touch screen controller and the software design of upper computer are given. The hardware design uses the latest AM335x chip, including the hardware structure, hardware configuration, function design of each hardware module, and the software design of the host computer is designed to realize the functions of all parts of the control by compiling the functional host computer software. And the host computer software is transplanted to the PC at the terminal. The design and implementation of the system solves the technical problems including ESD, EMC and heat dissipation. The powerful configuration function is not only more extensible than the existing products, but also can make the automatic equipment control effectively without any program. It also greatly improves the development efficiency and interface friendliness of the automation equipment.
