基于LPC2214的异步LED显示控制卡设计

【摘要】:LED显示屏是信息显示的重要传媒之一, LED显示屏产业逐渐成为我国电子信息产业的重要组成部分。随着LED大屏幕显示技术的进步,需要处理的数据量大大增加,系统频率要求越来越高,系统规模越来越大,对显示控制系统的要求在不断提高。 本文分析了LED彩色显示原理,给出了LED显示屏控制卡系统的整体结构,制定了基于LPC2214的异步LED显示控制卡方案,给出了系统的硬件设计和主要软件设计。 针对以简单8位或16位微控制器为核心的传统显示技术在运算速度、内存容量、存储空间和通讯方式等方面的局限性,该系统选用LPC2214为主控制器,FLASH、SRAM为存储器,CPLD芯片为扫描控制单元;通过以太网或串口实现与上位机的通信,将上位机发送的内容保存在存储芯片内,并将存储的内容最终显示在LED屏上,具有存储以及自动播放的能力;为了提高系统安全性以及开发效率、缩短开发周期,保证系统不崩溃还要有自愈能力,采用嵌入式操作系统μ C/OS-Ⅱ提高控制卡软件系统的可靠性。 经测试,本文设计的异步全彩LED显示屏控制卡性能良好,工作稳定可靠,易于维护升级,实现了基于LPC2214的异步LED显示屏控制卡,,该控制卡使得显示屏清晰度好,具有良好的观看效果,而且显示区域大、刷新频率高。
[Abstract]:LED display screen is one of the important media of information display. LED display screen industry has gradually become an important part of electronic information industry in China. With the development of LED large screen display technology, the amount of data to be processed is greatly increased, the system frequency requirement is becoming higher and higher, the scale of the system is becoming larger and larger, and the demand for display control system is increasing. In this paper, the principle of LED color display is analyzed, the whole structure of the control card system of LED display screen is given, the asynchronous LED display control card scheme based on LPC2214 is established, and the hardware design and main software design of the system are given. Aiming at the limitation of traditional display technology based on simple 8-bit or 16-bit microcontroller, such as computing speed, memory capacity, storage space and communication mode, etc. The system uses LPC2214 as the main controller and flash as the memory chip for the scanning control unit, realizes the communication with the host computer through Ethernet or serial port, and stores the contents sent by the upper computer in the memory chip. In order to improve the system security and development efficiency, shorten the development cycle and ensure that the system does not crash, it also has the ability to heal itself.
