基于Delta并联机械结构的3D打印机研究

【摘要】:基于Delta并联机械结构相比于笛卡尔坐标系机械结构的优势,并将其用于3D打印机的研发与设计,提出了一种基于Delta机构、低成本、网络化3D打印机设计方案。相比使用更加广泛的笛卡尔坐标系3D打印机,Delta式3D打印机允许更大的打印体积和更快的打印速度。该打印机以STM32单片机作为核心控制器,以步进电动机作为驱动元件,驱动同步带转动,利用滑块控制打印头按照预定的轨迹行进。为减轻打印头的重量,提高打印速度,采用远程送料机构,并通过步进电动机送料,进行数字温控,配合打印头完成打印作业。为加快3D打印机推广及使用,提出互联网3D打印方案,通过配备Wi Fi模块实现数据的无线传输与远程控制,并增加了自动调平、断电续打、断丝检测等功能,极大地增强了3D打印机使用的便利性。实践表明该打印机具有运动平稳、高速、高精度、成本低、易于控制等优点。
[Abstract]:Based on the advantages of Delta parallel mechanical structure compared with the Cartesian coordinate system, and applied to the research and design of 3D printer, a design scheme of 3D printer based on Delta mechanism, low cost and network is proposed. More widely used Cartesian coordinate 3D printers than the Delta Type 3D printers allow larger print volume and faster printing speed. The printer uses STM32 single chip microcomputer as the core controller and stepping motor as the driving element to drive the synchronous band rotation. The slider is used to control the print head to travel according to the predetermined track. In order to reduce the weight of the printing head and improve the printing speed, the remote feeding mechanism was adopted, and the digital temperature control was carried out through the stepper motor to complete the printing operation with the printing head. In order to speed up the promotion and use of 3D printers, the Internet 3D printing scheme is put forward. The wireless transmission and remote control of data can be realized by using Wi Fi module, and the functions of automatic leveling, interrupting, wire breaking detection and so on are added. This greatly enhances the convenience of using 3D printers. Practice shows that the printer has the advantages of smooth motion, high speed, high precision, low cost and easy to control.
