基于单片机的实验室数据采集系统的设计

【摘要】:实验室建设和基于工作过程的理实一体的课程开发是高等职业教育中两个非常重要的环节。本课题是设计并制作一个实验室的数据采集系统,完成对检测实验室的温度、烟雾传感器输出信号的采集、转换、处理的功能。此系统综合了高职学院电气自动化技术专业的电工电子技术及电气测量技术、传感检测技术与仪表、微机控制技术及接口等课程的内容。装置制作完成后,可以补充学校的检测和微机实验室的实验项目和实验设备,还可以作为综合的实训项目给学生提供更多的基于工作过程实训机会。 因为是应用于教学的实验装置,面向的学生是高职生,所以要求实验设备具有一定的安全性和开放性,要易于操作,有助于学生理解和使用。基于以上考虑,采用AT89S51单片机、DB18B20数字式温度传感器、MQ-2模拟式烟雾传感器、模数转换、键盘输入以及LED显示、蜂鸣器报警模块组成,软件方面每个模块都有详细的流程图、采用汇编语言编程,可以实现对温度、烟雾的检测、显示、报警限设置、延时报警等功能。之所以选择模拟式和数字式两类不同类型的传感器,就是为了给学生直观的认识,数字式温度传感器DS18B20由美国DALLAS半导体公司生产,它的输入/输出采用数字量,通过单总线,实现与单片机的双向通讯,但是程序稍显复杂。而模拟式烟雾传感器,则还需要进行进一步转换,才能与单片机相连,所以模拟式烟雾传感器模块又分为运算放大器和A/D转换电路两个小模块。 这是一种结构简单、性能稳定、使用方便、价格低廉、智能化的实验装置,跟市场上成型的产品相比,不仅大大节约了经济成本,更有助于培养学生的实践能力和专业技能。
[Abstract]:Laboratory construction and curriculum development based on working process are two very important links in higher vocational education. This subject is to design and make a laboratory data acquisition system to complete the detection of the temperature, smoke sensor output signal acquisition, conversion, processing function. This system synthesizes the contents of electrical and electronic technology and electrical measurement technology, sensing technology and instrument, microcomputer control technology and interface of electrical automation technology major in higher vocational college. After the device is finished, it can be used to supplement the experiment items and experimental equipment of the school and microcomputer laboratory, and to provide students with more practical training opportunities based on the work process as a comprehensive practical training project. Because it is an experimental device used in teaching and the students facing to it are higher vocational students, it is required that the experimental equipment be safe and open, easy to operate, and helpful for students to understand and use it. Based on the above considerations, using AT89S51 singlechip DB18B20 digital temperature sensor, MQ-2 analog smoke sensor, analog-to-digital conversion, keyboard input and LED display, buzzer alarm module composition, software each module has a detailed flow chart, By using assembly language, the functions of temperature, smoke detection, display, alarm limit setting, delay alarm and so on can be realized. The reason for choosing two different types of sensors, analog and digital, is to give students an intuitive understanding. DS18B20, a digital temperature sensor, is produced by DALLAS Semiconductor Company of the United States. Its input / output is digital, and it passes through a single bus. Realize the two-way communication with single-chip microcomputer, but the program is a little complicated. The analog smoke sensor needs further conversion to connect with the single chip computer, so the analog smoke sensor module is divided into two modules: operational amplifier and A / D conversion circuit. This is a simple structure, stable performance, easy to use, low price, intelligent experimental device, compared with the products on the market, it not only saves the economic cost, but also helps to cultivate students' practical ability and professional skills.
