多类型数据车载记录仪研究

【摘要】:随着测试技术的不断发展和记录仪表对多元化、智能化的需求,将嵌入式系统用于大型、复杂系统的记录仪表是必然的。新一代的嵌入式系统不仅在处理能力上远大于普通的单片机系统,而且丰富的外围资源也大大缩短了产品的开发周期,同时,嵌入式系统也能更好的适应恶劣的环境条件。 本文主要研究嵌入式系统在为某型武器装备研发的多类型数据车载记录仪中的应用。实现了对CAN数据、RS422数据、VGA高清图像、PAL制式图像等武器系统数据的采集、记录、回放、数据转移等功能。 多类型数据车载记录仪硬件平台采用了PC104、FPGA、DSP等嵌入式结构,软件系统采用了Embedded Visual C++、Verilog HDL、Lab View等进行开发。 本文主要内容为: 1、通过对某型武器系统工作流程的研究,结合产品的环境适应性及可靠性的要求,多类型数据车载记录仪选择嵌入式系统进行系统开发。 2、描述了多类型数据车载记录仪的总体设计方案,详细介绍了硬件结构的设计和软件系统的设计 3、针对武器系统工作的环境要求,介绍了多类型数据车载记录仪的工程设计方法,并介绍了整机测试及试验情况。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of test technology and the demand of multiple and intelligent recording instruments, it is inevitable to apply embedded systems to record instruments in large and complex systems. The new generation of embedded system not only has much more processing power than the ordinary single-chip microcomputer system, but also the rich peripheral resources greatly shorten the product development cycle, at the same time, the embedded system can better adapt to the bad environmental conditions. This paper mainly studies the application of embedded system in multi-type data vehicle recorder developed for a certain weapon equipment. The functions of data acquisition, recording, playback, data transfer and so on for CAN data collection, recording, playback, data transfer and so on are realized. The hardware platform of the multi-type data on-board recorder adopts the embedded structure such as PC104 FPGA DSP, and the software system is developed with Embedded Visual C Verilog HDL Lab View and so on. The main contents of this paper are as follows: 1. Through the research of the work flow of a certain weapon system, combining with the requirement of the environment adaptability and reliability of the product, the multi-type data on-board recorder selects the embedded system to carry on the system development. 2. The overall design scheme of multi-type data on-board recorder is described. The design of hardware structure and software system are introduced in detail. 3. According to the environment requirement of weapon system, this paper introduces the engineering design method of multi-type data on-board recorder, and introduces the whole machine test and test situation.
