计算机专业校企合作应用型人才培养模式研究

【摘要】：计算机专业是工程实践性很强的专业,如何提高应用型本科院校学生的工程实践能力是教育工作者一直在探索的,校企合作是提高学生的工程实践能力和职业素质的有效途径。分析了国外校企合作的成功经验和我国校企合作存在的主要问题,通过对主要校企合作模式分析,在课程体系、实践教学和实训方案等方面提出了校企合作的新思路,对应用型本科院校计算机专业校企合作人才培养有广泛的应用意义。
[Abstract]:Computer major is a strong engineering practice specialty. How to improve the engineering practice ability of the students in applied undergraduate colleges is always explored by educators. The cooperation between school and enterprise is an effective way to improve students' engineering practice ability and professional quality. This paper analyzes the successful experiences of the cooperation between foreign schools and enterprises and the main problems existing in the cooperation between the schools and enterprises in our country. Through the analysis of the modes of cooperation between the major schools and enterprises, the paper puts forward new ideas for the cooperation of the schools and enterprises in the aspects of curriculum system, practical teaching and practical training programs, etc. It has a wide application significance for the cultivation of cooperative talents of computer major in applied undergraduate colleges and universities.
