【摘要】:划时代的移动互联网产业革命刚刚拉开序幕,它将成为未来10年改变并主导我们生活和工作的核心力量。确认无疑,移动互联网是个丰富的宝藏,从终端制造、网络运营、内容服务、软件开发商等纷纷加入行列,希望在这次产业发展中抢占至高点,作为智能终端的核心环节,平板电脑市场是非常重要的一环,然而,行业的过度竞争,同质化竞争十分严重等,企业如何在这个产业中发展面临巨大考验。因此,作为创业未久的新型高科技企业无锡矽鼎科技如何发掘、依托其核心资源在平板电脑市场中抢占先机是无锡矽鼎亟需思考的问题。 本文正是以此为切入点,以平板电脑厂商无锡矽鼎科技为研究对象,通过所学的竞争战略相关理论知识,运用各种工具全面、深入、详细地分析了无锡矽鼎科技当前所处的行业环境,并在此基础上使用SWOT方法、竞争战略理论和五力模型等归纳总结出了矽鼎科技的平板电脑业务发展的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战。此外,通过对矽鼎科技的用户群的细分及定位,明确了现阶段平板电脑业务的竞争战略,并在充分借鉴、学习国外标杆企业苹果公司等其平板业务的发展成功经验的基础上,从组织调整、产品结构、人才资源等几个方面制定了矽鼎科技公司竞争战略的具体保障措施。总体而言,即坚持以行业客户和深度定制客户为切入点,实施有效益的规模发展;适时灵活运用各种策略,聚焦重点,以差异化打造其平板电脑的利器;充分发挥技术优势,与各合作伙伴形成协同效应共同提升矽鼎科技核心竞争力,从而实现企业在规模、效益上的双丰收。
