嵌入式电磁搅拌器控制系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:电磁搅拌技术是对金属凝固过程进行精确控制的一种有效手段,是获得高品质金属材料的重要环节。随着计算机和互联网的发展,用于电磁搅拌器的控制系统也迅速发展起来。利用现代微电子技术,电力电子技术和计算机技术的新成果,电磁搅拌器控制系统进一步提高钢材质量。但是,传统的电磁搅拌器控制系统一般运行在Linux系统或Windows系统之上,不仅需要昂贵的工控机,还需要额外的数据采集电路支持,成本高,通用性、灵活性差。因此,需要一种创新的控制系统来解决电磁搅拌器控制系统成本高、通用性和灵活性差的缺点。 把传统的电磁搅拌器控制系统移植到基于ARM芯片的嵌入式板卡中,不仅能够降低硬件成本,,而且可以摆脱对外围数据采集电路的依赖,使用ARM自带的GPIO端口完成数据采集工作,大大减少了硬件布置的复杂性。同时,采用UI与逻辑分离的设计方案,降低界面与控制逻辑的耦合度,使用户可以按照自己的需求定制界面,同时不需要对底层逻辑进行修改,大大提高了系统的通用性。在对已有的电磁搅拌器控制系统进行进一步的需求分析后,对嵌入式电磁搅拌器控制系统软件的设计进行了重构,在开发板的基础上你自行设计了专用的嵌入式电磁搅拌器控制板,并通过硬件调试,最终完成了整个系统的开发和测试工作,已交付用户使用。 通过该项目的开发,证明了把电磁搅拌器控制系统移植到基于ARM的嵌入式板卡中的可能性。同时,作为国内首个嵌入式电磁搅拌器控制系统,该系统的出现必将对国内电磁搅拌器控制系统的发展产生深远影响。
[Abstract]:Electromagnetic stirring technology is an effective means to accurately control the solidification process of metals and an important link to obtain high quality metal materials. With the development of computer and Internet, the control system for electromagnetic agitator has developed rapidly. Taking advantage of the new achievements of modern microelectronic technology, power electronics technology and computer technology, the control system of electromagnetic stirrer can further improve the quality of steel. However, the traditional electromagnetic agitator control system generally runs on the Linux system or the Windows system. It not only needs expensive industrial control computer, but also needs additional data acquisition circuit support, high cost, universal and poor flexibility. Therefore, an innovative control system is needed to solve the disadvantages of high cost, low versatility and flexibility of electromagnetic stirrer control system. Transplanting the traditional electromagnetic agitator control system to the embedded board based on ARM chip can not only reduce the cost of hardware, but also get rid of the dependence on peripheral data acquisition circuit, and complete the data acquisition by using the GPIO port of ARM. The complexity of hardware layout is greatly reduced. At the same time, using the design scheme of separating UI and logic, the coupling degree between interface and control logic is reduced, and the user can customize the interface according to his own needs, and at the same time, the underlying logic is not modified, which greatly improves the generality of the system. After the further requirement analysis of the existing electromagnetic stirrer control system, the software design of the embedded electromagnetic stirrer control system is reconstructed. On the basis of the development board, you have designed a special embedded electromagnetic stirrer control board, and through hardware debugging, you have finally completed the development and testing of the whole system, which has been delivered to the user. Through the development of this project, the possibility of transplanting the electromagnetic agitator control system to the embedded board based on ARM is proved. At the same time, as the first embedded electromagnetic stirrer control system in China, the emergence of the system will have a profound impact on the development of domestic electromagnetic stirrer control system.
