鼠标人机交互研究与实践

【摘要】:鼠标在人机交互产品中作为工作、生活常用常见的产品类型,在我们的日常生活和工作实践中扮演着非常重要的角色。随着80后、90后的长大,中国进入历史上第三个消费顶峰,消费结构也随着80后、90后的消费习惯的改变发生了历史性的变化,从数量上看,目前80后、90后年龄段的消费人群已达到3亿多,其消费潜力巨大[1]。鼠标作为一款普及度和使用频率非常高的人机交互产品,在产品的设计研发方面也发生了很大的改变。科技呈加速度发展的现象,在鼠标这么一个“小”产品身上得到了验证,这个小产品成为影响人们电子产品体验的一个非常重要的人机交互产品。怎么才能开发出成功的可用性高人机交互产品呢?这是一直困饶着企业的难题,而设计师和设计团队一直在努力破解并得到一些成果,在产品设计开发前期,能否制定和下达一个切实可行、有针对性的设计任务书非常关键。而在众多方案里,选出最合适生产的产品无论是对设计团队还是企业决策者都不是件容易的事情。决策上的错误很可能导致灾难性的市场结果,因为用户的多样性,评价标准的多样性给设计师带来非常大的不确定性,一直以来,设计师需要去总结出一些标准,以便于对现有产品进行评价或者来用之来衡量概念的可行性,标准是什么,评价如何量化是关键[2] “设计驱动创新”,在意大利北部的伦巴第地区,有很多像阿莱西这样的公司,如灯具制造商佛洛斯和阿特米德、家具制造商Kartell等等,它们共同构成了一个设计圈,它们的产品有着鲜明的特色,比如Kartell有一款叫“书虫”的书架产品,能够按照顾客的意愿弯成他们想要的形状;阿特米德公司发明了一款隐形灯,它发出的是彩色环境光,并且可以让房间主人根据心情用遥控器改变光线。伦巴第设计圈的成功经验给我们思考如何创新设计有很大的启发。产品的创新,在于设计的创新,设计的创新在于设计方法、设计流程的创新,本文以鼠标的人机交互为切入点,研究以产品设计评价推进产品设计发展、深入,运用了认知心理学、产品语义学、设计艺术学、价值工程学等相关理论,从产品的易用性和易理解性做为分析角度,研究构成产品设计评价体系的方法,以及以设计评价推进设计实践展开的方法。本文的中心就是以“以产品设计评价引导产品设计”,核心内容是创建评价体系,在对产品的设计评价中找出不足和设计的关键词,并通过评价推动设计走向完善。从新型鼠标的设计出发,以设计流程程为研究对象,运用、认知心理学、设计艺术学、产品语义学等相关理论,围绕新型鼠标的设计,结合设计心理学与产品语义学进行易理解性与易用性分析研究,运用设计程序学与人机工程学方法及理论,形成一套有效的引导新型鼠标产品从设计初步到设计实践,形成有效设计评价以引导设计完善的方法。理论研究与实践应用表明,一套有效的设计评估方法,对人机交互产品(如鼠标)的设计研发具有积极作用。 围绕鼠标人机交互设计与评价方法任务展开,采用由具体到抽象,最后通过抽象再指导具体,通过产品案例分析的对比展开,获得人机交互鼠标的设计方法和评价方法的表现表达方式,再求同存异,归纳总结其中规律,构建理论框架,最后将构建的理论框架用到具体的设计实践中。 通过评价,一步一步的展开对比分析,研究不同产品在易用性和易理解性方面的优缺点,逐步加深对产品易用性和易理解性方面对产品设计的影响,抽丝剥茧,去除干扰因素,解构出“以用户体验为中心”的设计核心下,产品设计的思维方向,设定三维对比分析关系标准,衡量设计的得失,指向设计最终要发展的关键概念。 设计的概念再通过层层的分析推进,研究不同技术条件对于产品造型的影响,然后结合对比分析评价结果,指向最终合理的造型设计细节特征。这就是本文所要描述的,从设计评价到设计展开的思维和推进方法。理论研究对实践应用起着重要的指导性关系表明,一套对产品设计有效的设计评估方法,对人机交互鼠标的设计研发具有积极作用。
[Abstract]:The mouse plays a very important role in our daily life and work practice, which is often used as a common product type in human computer interaction products. With the post-80s generation, after the growth of the post-90s, China has entered the third peak in history, and the consumption structure has changed historically after 80. Technology is accelerating the phenomenon, in the mouse so a "small" "The product has been proved to be a very important human-computer interaction product that affects people's electronic product experience. How can we develop a successful interactive product with high availability? This is a difficult problem that has been stranded by the enterprise, and the designers and design teams have been trying to crack and get some results. In the early stage of product design and development, it is critical to make and deliver a practical, targeted design task book. In many schemes, it is not easy to choose the most suitable production products, either for the design team or the enterprise decision maker. The error in decision making is likely to lead to disastrous Market results. The diversity of the user, the diversity of the evaluation standards brings great uncertainty to the designer, and the designer has always needed to sum up some standards to evaluate the existing products or to measure the feasibility of the concept, what is the standard, and the evaluation of what quantification is the key [2]
"Design driven innovation", in the Lombardy region of northern Italy, there are many companies like Laixi, such as lamps maker Flores and atmead, furniture manufacturer Kartell and so on, which together form a design circle with distinctive features, such as Kartell, a bookshelf called "bookworm". The att Mead Corporation invented a stealth lamp that emits a color light, and it allows the room owner to change the light according to the mood. The successful experience in the Lombardy design circle gives us great inspiration for thinking about how to innovate the design. In the design innovation, the innovation of the design lies in the design method and the innovation of the design process. This article takes the human computer interaction of the mouse as the breakthrough point, and studies the development of the product design by the product design evaluation. It uses cognitive psychology, product semantics, design art, value engineering and other related theories, from the usability and understanding of the product. The center of this paper is to create a product design evaluation system. The core content of this paper is to create an evaluation system, and to find out the key words which are inadequate and designed in the evaluation of the product. From the design of the new mouse, the design process is the research object, the application, the cognitive psychology, the design art, the product semantics and other related theories, and the design of the new mouse and the analysis of the design psychology and the product semantics, and the application of the design procedure. The method and theory of ergonomics and ergonomics form an effective way to guide new mouse products from the preliminary design to the design practice, to form an effective design evaluation to guide the design. The theoretical research and practical application show that an effective design evaluation method is active for the design and development of human-computer interaction products, such as the mouse. Use.
Around the task of human computer interaction design and evaluation method, the design method and evaluation method of human computer interaction mouse are obtained from specific to abstract, and finally through the comparison of abstract and re guidance. The expression way of the design method and evaluation method of human computer interaction mouse is obtained, and then the law is summed up and the theoretical framework is constructed. Through the evaluation, step by step and comparative analysis, the advantages and disadvantages of different products in ease of use and comprehensibility are studied, and the effects of product usability and comprehensibility on product design are gradually deepened, and the interference factors are removed, and the thinking of product design is deconstructed under the design core of "user testing center". Direction, set the standard of three-dimensional comparative analysis, measure the gains and losses of design, and point to the key concept of design ultimately.
The concept of design is further promoted by layer analysis, and the influence of different technical conditions on product modeling is studied, and then combined with comparison and analysis of evaluation results, the final reasonable detail features of modeling design are pointed out. This is the thinking and advancing methods which are described in this article, from design evaluation to design. The theoretical research is applied to practice. The important guiding relationship shows that a set of effective design evaluation methods for product design has a positive effect on the design and development of human-machine interaction mouse.
