模块化快速发药机的研究与开发

【摘要】:随着我国经济的快速增长,人民群众对医疗服务和医疗设备条件的需求也在不断提高,因此,自动化医疗设备的引入是必然趋势。药房自动化技术的应用在我国尚属于起步阶段,它可以改善药房的工作环境,将药房工作人员从繁重的药品采购、供应、调剂工作中解放出来,使他们更加专注于为患者提供优质的药学服务,从而提升医院的服务水平,因此自动化药房在我国具有广阔的发展前景。 在深入调研和分析了当前市场前景以及现有研究状况的情况下,结合当前我国医院实际情况,根据药品仓储自动化设备所要达到的功能及其运行特性,本文研制了一种新的模块化快速发药机。快速发药系统通过把计算机、网络通讯设备、若干模块化快速发药机设备相结合,可以极大地提高药品在药房发放的效率。具体研究内容及主要工作可以概括为以下几个方面: 第一,概述了设计自动化药房系统的必要性。随后介绍了本快速发药机的总体设计,提出了系统功能要求及各主要功能的实现方案。对系统主要的功能模块进行了结构设计,给出了模块化快速发药机单元组合扩展示例。 第二,详细介绍了基于ARM9的嵌入式控制系统的软硬件设计内容。分析了快速发药控制系统的功能要求及其设计原则,构建了控制系统总体结构。设计了嵌入式控制器与外围设备的接口电路,开发了设备的驱动程序以及快速发药应用程序,研究了控制系统执行器的控制策略。 第三,对上位机管理系统的设计原则、需求分析、数据流程、数据库及开发工具选择、功能模块设计等方面做了详细的分析研究,并且给出了具体的实现途径,创建了系统药品数据库,完成了上位机管理系统的研究与开发。 第四,,介绍了原型系统全自动上药机的安装及运行调试。主要介绍了全自动上药机的安装及调试方法,并指出了需要注意的问题,最后给出了系统运行实验与分析。 原型系统已经开发完成,应用于医院门诊药房,运行效果良好。论文最后针对系统运行期间出现的一些问题进行总结分析,并提出了下一步工作的研究方向。
[Abstract]:With the rapid economic growth in China, the people's demand for medical services and medical equipment conditions is also increasing, so the introduction of automated medical equipment is an inevitable trend. The application of pharmacy automation technology is still in its infancy in our country. It can improve the working environment of pharmacies and free the pharmacy staff from the heavy procurement, supply and dispensing work. To make them more focused on providing quality pharmaceutical services to patients, thereby improving the quality of hospital services, Therefore, the automatic pharmacy has a broad development prospect in China. Based on the in-depth investigation and analysis of the current market prospects and the current research situation, combined with the actual situation of hospitals in our country, According to the function and operation characteristic of medicine storage automation equipment, a new modularized fast dispensing machine is developed in this paper. By combining computer, network communication equipment and some modularized fast dispensing machines, the rapid drug dispensing system can greatly improve the efficiency of drug distribution in pharmacies. The research contents and main work can be summarized as follows: first, the necessity of designing automatic pharmacy system is summarized. Then the overall design of the rapid dispensing machine is introduced, and the system function requirements and main function realization schemes are put forward. The main function modules of the system are designed, and an example of modular fast dispenser unit expansion is given. Secondly, the hardware and software design content of the embedded control system based on ARM9 is introduced in detail. The functional requirements and design principles of the rapid drug dispensing control system are analyzed, and the overall structure of the control system is constructed. The interface circuit between embedded controller and peripheral equipment is designed, the device driver and application program are developed, and the control strategy of control system actuator is studied. Thirdly, the design principle of upper computer management system is introduced. Requirements analysis, data flow, database and development tool selection, functional module design and other aspects of the detailed analysis and research, and the specific way to achieve the establishment of the system drug database, The research and development of the upper computer management system is completed. Fourthly, the installation and operation of the prototype automatic dispensing machine are introduced. This paper mainly introduces the installation and debugging method of the automatic dispensing machine, and points out the problems needing attention. Finally, the system operation experiment and analysis are given. The prototype system has been developed and applied to the hospital outpatient pharmacy, and the operation effect is good. At the end of the paper, some problems occurred during the operation of the system are summarized and analyzed, and the research direction of the next work is put forward.
