基于TMS320F2808的并网双向逆变器的研究

【摘要】:随着全球经济的迅猛发展,人口的增多,地球上的不可再生能源已经满足不了人们对能源的需求了。寻找新能源、开发研究可再生能源代替不可再生能源已经成为趋势,太阳能、风能、生物能的利用已经取得了一些喜人的成绩,利用这些新能源在人们的日常生活中随处可见,部分取代了那些不可再生的能源。我国人口众多,人均能源消耗虽然很低,但能源需求增长的压力很大,能源供应与经济发展的矛盾十分突出,在开发利用可再生能源的选择的同时,大力提高能源效率也是一个重要的战略选择。 本文首先介绍了一种双向逆变器的电路拓扑结构,并给出了并网双向逆变器的基于前馈解耦的SVPWM(空间电压矢量技术)的MATLAB的仿真模型,通过对仿真出的波形的分析,从而验证了控制策略的可行性和正确性。然后介绍了所选用的DSP2808控制芯片的结构、DSP的CCS3.3集成开发环境、TMS320F2808芯片为控制核心的核心电路板、调理板、驱动电路板的设计等,其中我们重点介绍了核心控制板和信号调理板的设计,并对其设计的各个模块给出了详细的介绍。最后为了满足并网双向逆变配电系统对一些实时性的要求,选择了一款源码公开、操作简单、实时性很好的嵌入式操作系统μC/OS-Ⅱ作为双向逆变器的软件系统并成功将其移植到TMS320F2808处理器上,同时还给出了软件设计的整体思路和控制流程。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the global economy and the increase of population, the non-renewable energy on the earth can no longer meet the demand for energy. It has become a trend to search for new energy and develop renewable energy instead of non-renewable energy. The use of solar, wind and bio-energy has made some gratifying achievements, and the use of these new sources of energy can be seen everywhere in people's daily lives. Partly replacing the non-renewable sources of energy. Our country has a large population and low per capita energy consumption, but the pressure of energy demand growth is very great. The contradiction between energy supply and economic development is very prominent. Improving energy efficiency is also an important strategic choice. This paper first introduces the circuit topology of a bidirectional inverter, and presents the MATLAB simulation model of grid-connected bi-directional inverter based on feedforward decoupling SVPWM (space voltage vector technology). The feasibility and correctness of the control strategy are verified. Then, the structure of DSP2808 control chip is introduced. The CCS3.3 integrated development environment of DSP, TMS320F2808 chip is used as the core control circuit board, conditioning board, driving circuit board design, etc. We focus on the design of the core control board and signal conditioning board, and give a detailed description of the design of each module.
