一种并联式3D打印机的设计与制造

【摘要】:研究并联式3D打印机的结构设计。传统的3D打印机通过XYZ三轴导轨的运动,控制打印头将打印材料层叠起来形成空间模型;并联式3D打印机采用Delta并联机器人结构,由三根并联臂带动动平台,最终实现打印机喷头输出三个移动自由度。对并联式3D打印机的工作空间进行了理论建模,在adams下对其运动进行了仿真,对打印机的电气控制部分进行了设计。通过制造样机进行实验,验证了理论分析,并得出结论。并联式3D打印机具有更高的打印速度和精度,对零件的批量生产具有重要的意义。
[Abstract]:The structure design of parallel 3D printer is studied. The traditional 3D printer uses the movement of XYZ three-axis guideway to control the printing head to stack the printing material to form a spatial model, and the parallel 3D printer adopts the Delta parallel robot structure, which is driven by three parallel arms. Finally, the printer nozzle output three moving degrees of freedom. The workspace of parallel 3D printer is modeled theoretically, its motion is simulated under adams, and the electrical control part of printer is designed. The theoretical analysis is verified by the experiment of the prototype and the conclusion is drawn. Parallel 3D printer has higher printing speed and precision, which is of great significance to mass production of parts.
