“云计算”环境下军校信息资源共建共享模式研究

【摘要】:随着新军事变革的加剧,军队院校的信息化建设越来越受到人们的重视。计算机技术、网络技术及多媒体技术的迅猛发展也加快了军校信息化的进程。随着各军校信息化工作的不断推进与深化,信息资源的使用不再局限于各系统或部门自身,资源的共建共享成为必然要求与发展趋势。伴随着军校信息资源的不断积累,广大师生在感受信息化带来便利的同时,也出现了数据海量攀升、质量参差不齐、资源异构分布、共享机制欠缺等问题。军校现有的资源多以学校和部门为单位,存在各自为政、重复建设、利用率低、平台建设各异、可扩展性和通用性差等问题。这些问题严重制约着军校信息资源的整合力度和共享程度。如何安全高效地优化和共享军校信息资源,,是值得广泛探讨和深入研究的课题。 “云计算”作为一种新型的信息资源利用方式,具有低成本、超大存储、高可靠性、高扩展性和通用性强等诸多优点。“云计算”不仅代表着技术的进步,更代表着一种全新的服务理念。将“云计算”应用于军校的信息资源建设,探索基于“云计算”的军校信息资源共建共享模式,对于降低资源建设成本、提高资源利用效率,最大程度地提高军校信息资源建设质量和应用效果具有积极的指导意义。本研究遵循理论与实践相结合的原则,既从信息资源共享的理论层面论述实现军校信息资源共建共享的必要性和可能性,又与实践紧密结合,通过信息资源整合与标准化、组建数据中心、构建军校信息资源共享云平台以及信息资源共建共享机制,初步形成云计算环境下军校信息资源共建共享模式。本课题的研究内容主要包括:论述云计算与军校信息资源共建共享模式相关概念、国内外信息资源建设现状研究、云计算在信息资源建设方面的应用实例研究以及构建军校信息资源共建共享模式。
[Abstract]:With the aggravation of the new military reform, people pay more and more attention to the information construction of military academies. The rapid development of computer technology, network technology and multimedia technology also speeds up the process of military academy informatization. With the continuous promotion and deepening of the informatization work of military academies, the use of information resources is no longer confined to the systems or departments themselves, so the co-construction and sharing of resources has become an inevitable requirement and development trend. With the continuous accumulation of information resources in military academies, the vast number of teachers and students not only feel the convenience of information technology, but also have problems such as massive data climbing, uneven quality, heterogeneous distribution of resources, lack of sharing mechanism and so on. The existing resources of military academies are mostly based on schools and departments. There are many problems such as self-administration, repeated construction, low utilization ratio, different platform construction, poor expansibility and generality, and so on. These problems seriously restrict the degree of integration and sharing of information resources in military academies. How to optimize and share information resources of military academies safely and efficiently is a subject worthy of extensive discussion and in-depth study. Cloud computing, as a new way of using information resources, has many advantages, such as low cost, large storage, high reliability, high expansibility and versatility. Cloud computing not only represents the progress of technology, but also represents a new concept of service. The application of "cloud computing" to the construction of information resources in military academies, and the exploration of the co-construction and sharing mode of information resources in military academies based on "cloud computing" can reduce the cost of resource construction and improve the efficiency of resource utilization. It is of great significance to improve the construction quality and application effect of information resources in military academies. Following the principle of combining theory with practice, this study not only discusses the necessity and possibility of realizing information resources sharing in military academy from the theoretical level of information resource sharing, but also closely combines with practice, through the integration and standardization of information resources. Setting up data center, constructing cloud platform of information resource sharing of military academy and sharing mechanism of information resource, forming the mode of information resource sharing of military academy under cloud computing environment. The research contents of this subject mainly include: discussing the related concepts of cloud computing and information resources co-construction and sharing mode of military academies, and studying the present situation of information resources construction at home and abroad. The application of cloud computing in the construction of information resources and the construction of military academy information resources co-construction and sharing model.
