动力锂离子电池激光切片机系统设计与实现

【摘要】:动力电池是电动汽车的关键部件,锂离子动力电池逐步取代传统的铅酸电池和镍氢电池成为动力电池发展的主要方向。随着电动汽车市场份额的增大,锂离子动力电池成为当今动力电池的研究热点,带动整个锂电池设备产业的发展。 国内锂电池设备行业起步晚,与国外产品相比有较大差距。极片分切机是叠片电芯成型方案中的主要设备之一,传统分切机的效果不太理想,“毛刺问题”突出。 激光切割具有切割痕迹窄小、切割面质量好、切割效率高、无机械应力、噪声污染小等特征。在本文中,我们将激光切割技术和嵌入式技术相结合,研制激光切片机,将激光应用于电芯制造工艺中。 本文首先分析了激光切片机系统的功能需求,提出了激光切片机的整体设计方案。以RTAI构建实时Linux操作系统,对系统采用层次化、模块化思想进行划分,在实时控制系统基础上,,引入硬件抽象层(HAL,Hardware Abstraction Layer)机制,将各模块以软件构件的形式进行封装。分析了人机界面模块的开发,介绍了任务管理模块、数据库模块、运动控制模块以及软PLC模块的功能。系统以PC104和FPGA为核心构建硬件平台,然后介绍脉冲发生器、编码器、激光器等硬件模块的电路设计。最后给出了激光切片机系统的实际应用效果及当前存在问题。
[Abstract]:Power battery is the key component of electric vehicle. Lithium ion battery has gradually replaced the traditional lead-acid battery and Ni-MH battery as the main direction of the development of power battery. With the increase of electric vehicle market share, lithium ion power battery has become the research hotspot of power battery nowadays, and has driven the development of lithium battery equipment industry. Domestic lithium battery equipment industry started late, compared with foreign products there is a big gap. The pole slicing machine is one of the main equipments in the laminated electric core forming scheme. The effect of the traditional cutting machine is not ideal, and the "burr problem" is prominent. Laser cutting has the characteristics of narrow cutting trace, good cutting surface quality, high cutting efficiency, no mechanical stress, little noise pollution and so on. In this paper, we combine laser cutting technology with embedded technology to develop laser slicer, and apply laser to the manufacturing process of electric core. In this paper, the functional requirements of laser slicer system are analyzed, and the overall design scheme of laser slicer is put forward. RTAI is used to construct the real-time Abstraction operating system. The system is divided into layers and modularization. On the basis of the real-time control system, the hardware Abstraction layer mechanism is introduced, and each module is encapsulated in the form of software component. The development of man-machine interface module is analyzed, and the functions of task management module, database module, motion control module and soft PLC module are introduced. The hardware platform is constructed with PC104 and FPGA as the core. Then the circuit design of pulse generator, encoder, laser and other hardware modules is introduced. Finally, the practical application effect and existing problems of laser slicing machine system are given.
