一种基于无线通信方式的电容式称重系统设计

【摘要】:许多年来,我国公路上行驶的汽车普遍存在超载现象,在有些地方,无论货车还是客车都有程度不一的超载行为。这会给正常的运输市场、安全驾驶及汽车的生产销售带来很大的危害。现在,我国治理汽车超载主要是在道路上设立检查站,对过往车辆进行抽查称重,因此称重设备的好坏就成为其中的关键。目前,称重设备主要有汽车轮重称重仪、汽车轴重仪和电子地磅等。 目前市场上销售的汽车称重仪器普遍存在价格高、体积大、安装麻烦、效率低和动态称重不准确等缺陷。本课题将要设计一种简单的汽车载重测量设备,能够实现静态和动态两种测量方式,以有效控制目前的汽车超载现象。 本课题采用电容传感器、单片机和无线传输芯片设计出一种汽车称重装置。该装置通过电容传感器采集数据,经模数转换后传给单片机,驾驶员可以通过显示模块直接观察,也可以利用无线收发芯片nRF401进行无线数据传输,交通稽查人员通过手持装置就能够获得汽车的实时载荷信息,可以方便快捷的判断出车辆是否超载,提高了工作效率,从而能更有效治理超载行为。本课题从载荷信息采集处理、数据转换、单片机控制、无线通信、与PC机串口通信和信息显示等几方面入手,介绍了称重系统各组成部分的硬件和软件设计方案。
[Abstract]:Over the years, overloading has been a common phenomenon in China's highways. In some places, both trucks and buses have overloading behaviors of varying degrees. This will do great harm to the normal transportation market, safe driving and the production and sale of automobiles. At present, weighing equipments mainly include automobile wheel weighing apparatus, automobile axle weighing apparatus and electronic ground weighing apparatus.
At present, the automobile weighing instruments on the market generally have the defects of high price, large volume, troublesome installation, low efficiency and inaccurate dynamic weighing.
In this paper, a kind of automobile weighing device is designed by using capacitance sensor, single chip microcomputer and wireless transmission chip. The device collects data from capacitance sensor and transmits it to single chip microcomputer after analog-to-digital conversion. The driver can observe directly by display module, and can also transmit data by wireless transceiver chip nRF401. The real-time load information of the vehicle can be obtained by the handheld device, which can judge whether the vehicle is overloaded or not, improve work efficiency, and thus more effectively control the overload behavior. This paper introduces the hardware and software design of the components of the weighing system.
