基于云模型的A公司供应商评价研究

【摘要】:随着经济的发展,企业之间的竞争已经扩展成整个供应链的竞争。供应商作为供应链上的重要一员,其地位也越来越重要,如何评价优选有潜力的供应商并发展成为战略合作伙伴,从而提高整个供应链的竞争能力,已经成为企业重视的一个话题。 对于制造企业来说,供应商的好坏会直接影响企业的业绩。一方面,供应商的优劣直接影响着本企业产品质量和价格;另一方面,供应商送货及时率会影响本企业订单的响应速度和缺货率,进而影响库存成本。这些最终会影响企业的信誉,影响企业的发展。 本文从供应链的角度入手,探究A公司的供应商评价问题,通过调研、收集数据发现,A公司在对现有供应商的评价上存在一些问题,首先,供应商的评价选择指标过于简单,并且指标权重设置不合理。其次,评价方法简单不科学,没有能解决定性指标与定量指标的混合问题,评价结果偏主观。本文拟通过以下二个阶段来改进企业的供应商的评价方法,首先,根据A公司的具体现状选取相应的评价指标构建供应商评价指标体系;然后利用简单实用的G1法为各指标赋权;最后,采用云模型将定量指标定性化,将各指标评分值用云表示,然后结合各指标权重求得评价目标的云值,与评价标尺进行比较,确定供应商等级,并且就每个供应商的薄弱环节进行了分析。通过指标体系的优化以及云模型的应用,能够将将定性指标与定量指标很好混合评价,最终生成公认的评价结果;在评价过程中,该方法包含更多其他方法不具备的信息,可以很好的为企业评选供应商。 通过评价结果,企业可以找出每个供应商薄弱、优势环节,然后指导企业对有潜力的发展为战略合作合作伙伴的供应商,继续合作,并且采取激励手段,协助改进薄弱环节;对不合格供应商,取消合作,其中得分较低的项和熵值大的项是企业应该更加关注的。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy, the competition among enterprises has expanded into the competition of the whole supply chain. As an important member of the supply chain, supplier's position is becoming more and more important. How to evaluate and select potential suppliers and develop into strategic partners to improve the competitiveness of the whole supply chain has become the focus of enterprises. A topic.
For a manufacturing enterprise, the quality of suppliers will directly affect the performance of the enterprise. On the one hand, the quality and price of the product will be directly affected by the supplier's quality; on the other hand, the supplier's delivery timeliness will affect the response speed and shortage rate of the enterprise's orders, and then affect the inventory cost. Reputation affects the development of enterprises.
From the perspective of supply chain, this paper explores the supplier evaluation of A company. Through research and data collection, it is found that A company has some problems in the evaluation of existing suppliers. Firstly, the supplier evaluation index is too simple, and the index weight setting is unreasonable. Secondly, the evaluation method is simple and unscientific, and can not be solved. In this paper, the following two stages are proposed to improve the evaluation method of suppliers. Firstly, according to the specific situation of A company, the supplier evaluation index system is constructed by choosing the corresponding evaluation index. Then, the simple and practical G1 method is used to assign weight to each index. The cloud model is used to qualitatively characterize the quantitative indicators, and the scores of the indicators are expressed in the cloud. Then the cloud values of the evaluation objectives are obtained by combining the weights of the indicators. The supplier rank is determined by comparing with the evaluation scale, and the weak links of each supplier are analyzed. Qualitative indicators and quantitative indicators are very good mix evaluation, and eventually produce recognized evaluation results. In the evaluation process, this method contains more information that other methods do not have, and can be a good choice for enterprises to select suppliers.
Through the evaluation results, enterprises can find out the weak and advantageous links of each supplier, and then guide enterprises to continue to cooperate with potential suppliers who develop into strategic cooperative partners, and adopt incentives to help improve the weak links; for unqualified suppliers, cancel cooperation, in which the items with lower scores and higher entropy value are enterprises. Industry should be more concerned.
