卓越信息技术教师校内培养模式探究

【摘要】:本文从卓越教师校内培养阶段出发,结合教育教学改革的实际需求,分析探讨卓著出色的中小学信息技术教师应具备的能力素质,探寻"强能力、高素质"的卓越信息技术教师的培养模式。从双方案"叠加式"的课程设置、校内外合作的双导师制、教育实践能力的全程跟进机制、以研修促成长的教学研究能力培养机制四个方面着手,在卓越信息技术教师的培养方面进行一些探索性实践。
[Abstract]:Starting from the training stage of outstanding teachers in school and combining with the actual demand of educational and teaching reform, this paper analyzes and probes into the ability quality of outstanding information technology teachers in primary and secondary schools, and explores the "strong ability". The training mode of excellent information technology teachers with high quality. Starting from four aspects: the "superposition" curriculum, the system of double tutors in and out of the school, the follow-up mechanism of the whole process of educational practice ability, and the training mechanism of teaching and research ability to promote the growth of education, In the training of outstanding information technology teachers for some exploratory practice.
