基于嵌入式Linux的罐车监控终端的设计与研究
[Abstract]:Because of its low transportation cost and flexible characteristics, tank truck has become the main tool for short and medium distance transportation of dangerous chemicals. However, due to its dispersive characteristics, how to do a good job in the transport of dangerous chemicals tankers in the process of real-time monitoring has become a common problem of dangerous chemical transport companies. In this paper, we design a monitoring terminal of tank car based on embedded Linux, which realizes the real-time collection of sensor information, remote Web monitoring, and stable test results. It has certain practical value. In the process of design and research, the main work is as follows: (1) the overall demand of tank car monitoring is analyzed, and a wireless monitoring scheme based on embedded Linux is proposed. The embedded Web technology and wifi wireless network technology, such as TCP / IP protocol, are studied and studied. (2) the embedded hardware related knowledge, experiment and verification module are studied, and the host computer is selected to adopt mini2440 development board with S3C2440A as the main control chip. The STC12C5A60S2 microcontroller is selected as the main control chip of the lower computer, the host computer is connected with the USB camera and USB wireless network card, USB wireless card and other peripheral devices, the lower computer is connected with the modules of the inlet and outlet valve monitoring sensor, the temperature sensor and so on, and the hardware platform of the system is built. (3) through the study and research on the boot program Uboot, embedded Linux operating system and related drivers as well as the root file system of Linux, according to the requirement of hardware platform, the bottom software of the system is cut and transplanted. (4) according to the function requirement, four application layer software modules are designed: video module, sensor information collection module, embedded Web server module. E-mail alarm module. (5) build wireless network test environment and test the whole system.
