基于串口通信的多路LED光源控制器的设计与研究

【摘要】:目前世界各国纷纷将半导体照明技术作为下一代照明技术大力发展。由于发光二极管(Light Emitting Diode, LED)具有环保、节能、寿命长、色彩丰富、显色指数高等优势,成为理想的工业检测光源。但是由于LED的光电特性不同于传统光源,因此需要设计合适的光源控制器。 本论文设计了基于串口通信的多路LED光源控制器:具有四个独立可控的通道,,每个通道支持255级调光,通道亮度通过数码管显示,上位机通过串口与控制器通信,按照协议分别发送调光、触发、打开关闭通道和读取通道亮度等命令。系统采用STC89C51作为微处理器。单片机在收到调光、触发和打开关闭通道命令之后,会将数据发送给模数转换芯片AD7399,之后向上位机发送特征字表明数据接收正确。芯片将单片发送的数字信号转化为模拟信号后,发送给控制电压管理芯片LM723,从而实现调节外部电压来调光。单片机在收到读取亮度的命令之后,会按照协议将所查询通道的亮度发送给上位机。如果单片机接受数据出现问题会向上位机发送特征字表明接受错误。同时也可以通过操作界面上的按键来实现调光,打开关闭通道等命令,系统同时配有触发端口,可以通过外部信号实现触发。系统软件模拟运用Keil uvision2以及proteus联合调试。 系统实现了基于串口通信的多路LED光源控制器,可以对4个通道的LED独立调光触发,满足了在工业检测等领域的应用。
[Abstract]:At present, semiconductor lighting technology has been developed as the next generation lighting technology all over the world. Because of its advantages of environmental protection, energy saving, long life, rich color and high color index, (Light Emitting Diode, LED) has become an ideal light source for industrial detection. However, the optoelectronic characteristics of LED are different from those of traditional light source, so it is necessary to design a suitable light source controller. In this paper, a multi-channel LED light source controller based on serial communication is designed: there are four independent and controllable channels, each channel supports 255-level dimming, the brightness of the channel is displayed through digital tube, and the upper computer communicates with the controller through serial port. In accordance with the protocol sent dimming, trigger, open closed channel and read channel brightness commands. The system adopts STC89C51 as microprocessor. After receiving the command of dimming, triggering and opening the closed channel, the MCU will send the data to the analog-to-digital conversion chip AD7399, and send the character word to the host computer to show that the data is received correctly. The chip converts the digital signal from a single chip into an analog signal and sends it to the control voltage management chip LM723, to adjust the external voltage to dimming the light. After receiving the command of reading brightness, the singlechip sends the brightness of the inquiry channel to the upper computer according to the protocol. If the single-chip computer data acceptance problems will send to the host computer features to show acceptance error. At the same time, it can also realize dimming by the key on the operation interface, open and close the channel and so on. The system also has the trigger port, which can be triggered by the external signal. System software simulation using Keil uvision2 and proteus joint debugging. The system realizes the multi-channel LED light source controller based on serial port communication, which can independently dimming the light trigger to the LED of four channels, and satisfies the application in the field of industrial detection and so on.
