泵驱动两相冷却机组及其节能效果实验研究

【摘要】:当气温较低时,泵驱动两相冷却机组较之传统的蒸气压缩式空调能耗更低,EER更高,在数据中心节能降耗方面具有很大的应用潜力。但粗糙的控制策略不仅阻碍了冷却机组性能的提高,还严重影响了室内温控精度,对其实际应用极为不利。为了使其更好的应用于小型数据中心,本文研制了相应的控制系统,研究了其在某小型数据中心中实际应用时的运行性能,拟合了换热特性曲线,并进行节能性分析。结果表明:当室内温度设定为22℃、室外温度低于10℃时,采用此机组对数据中心机房进行散热能够满足室内负荷要求,与采用空调散热相比节省电能至少26.77%,具有良好的节能效果。
[Abstract]:When the temperature is low, the pump driven two-phase cooling unit has lower energy consumption and higher EER than the traditional steam compression air conditioner, which has great application potential in data center energy saving and consumption reduction. But the rough control strategy not only hinders the improvement of the performance of the cooling unit, but also seriously affects the indoor temperature control accuracy, which is extremely unfavorable to its practical application.
