柱坐标式FDM 3D打印机的研制

【摘要】:针对基于笛卡儿坐标系的熔融沉积成型(fused deposition molding,FDM)3D打印机打印旋转体精度低,且速度慢等问题,设计开发了一种基于柱坐标系的FDM 3D打印机.其成型原理和机械结构都借鉴了传统的FDM 3D打印机,并在此基础上将基于笛卡儿坐标系的运动方式改为基于柱坐标系的运动方式.相较于传统FDM 3D打印机,在使用相同的硬件(包括电机、喷头、打印丝材)配置情况下,该设备打印旋转体模型时可以实现更高的打印精度,在某些情况下可以实现更快的打印速度.
[Abstract]:A FDM 3D printer based on cylindrical coordinate system is designed and developed to solve the problems of low precision and low speed of printing rotating object for melt deposition forming (fused deposition molding,FDM) based on Cartesian coordinate system. Compared with the traditional FDM 3D printer, with the same hardware configuration (including motor, nozzle, printing wire), the device can achieve higher printing accuracy when printing the rotator model. In some cases, faster printing speed can be achieved.
