CNGrid甘肃省超算中心结点网格服务的研究与实现

【摘要】:本文针对中国国家网格系统软件CNGrid GOS如何实现集群资源网格虚拟化、网格资源服务化、基于服务的共享和协同、计算资源调用、单一系统映像以及基于证书认证体系的全局网格用户管理等问题进行了深入研究。从网格服务调用的角度出发,着重阐述了中国国家网格甘肃超算中心结点曙光5000高性能计算集群网格批作业Driver的实现。从而在网格层面上解决了网格用户对应本地用户身份的安全切换和网格用户作业提交、作业脚本生成、作业状态查看、作业中止、详细信息反馈等操作。 GOS作为网格中间件,屏蔽资源为用户提供计算服务、调用本地资源完成计算任务,通过网格核心服务创建网程(grip网格级进程),从而调用封装好的应用软件服务,解决了永久性的Web服务不适用于网格计算服务的问题。最后,完成了甘肃结点GOS的部署工作,并通过封装重点应用软件,对网格服务的发现和网格资源的有效利用进行了测试。
[Abstract]:This paper aims at how to realize cluster resource grid virtualization, grid resource service, based on service sharing and collaboration, how to realize cluster resource grid virtualization by Chinese national grid system software CNGrid GOS. The problems of single system image and global grid user management based on certificate authentication system are studied in detail. From the point of view of grid service invocation, this paper focuses on the implementation of dawning 5000 high performance computing cluster grid batch job Driver in China's national grid Gansu supercomputing center node. In order to solve the grid level, the grid user security switch corresponding to local user identity and grid user job submission, job script generation, job status view, job abort, GOS, as grid middleware, shields resources to provide computing services for users, and calls local resources to complete computing tasks. The grid core service is used to create the network process (grip grid-level process), which calls the encapsulated application software service, and solves the problem that the permanent Web service is not suitable for the grid computing service. Finally, the deployment of Gansu node GOS is completed, and the discovery of grid services and the effective utilization of grid resources are tested by encapsulating the key application software.
