基于Atom和ARM的实时振动检测仪

【摘要】:振动检测分析仪是机械工业中最基础、最常用的仪器之一,主要是用来判断机械设备的运行状况,广泛应用煤矿和制造等行业。手持式振动检测仪是小型化、便携式的检测仪,主要用于野外和现场测量,具有较高的性价比。而嵌入式系统作为软硬件均可裁减的专用计算机系统,具有高性能、小型化、低功耗、低成本的特点,恰好能够满足手持式振动检测仪的设计要求。 随着机械工业的发展,人们对机械振动检测仪的要求也越来越高,针对传统的振动检测仪实时性差,不便于携带,功耗大等缺点,本文提出一种基于Atom和ARM的振动检测仪,是一种在线式实时检测系统,具有实时性好,便于携带,功耗低等优点,主要结构包括传感器、ARM平台和Atom510平台。最新的ATOM平台不但功耗低,并且可以与ARM平台进行在线传输数据,,可实现远程操控,并且系统可扩展性也较强,其结构为传感器与ARM平台相连,ARM平台与Atom510平台相连,传感器将设备振动信号转换成电信号,由ATOM平台发送命令来控制ARM平台上的A/D模块对转换过来的电信号进行采样,并通过ARM处理器的控制传输到Atom510平台,Atom510平台对接收到的数据进行频谱分析,并在图形化界面上显示。本系统采用最新的ATOM510平台和ARM平台,提高了运算性能,而且减小了功耗,并减小了占用体积便于携带,进一步在算法上也进行了改进,传统的振动检测仪大多使用FFT算法的计算量较大,影响了实时性,而本系统采用了滑动FFT算法来减少计算量,提高了实时性,并减少了占用系统的存储空间。
[Abstract]:Vibration detection analyzer is one of the most basic and commonly used instruments in mechanical industry. It is mainly used to judge the operation of mechanical equipment and widely used in coal mines and manufacturing industries. Hand-held vibration detector is a miniaturized portable instrument mainly used in field and field measurement with high performance and price ratio. As a special computer system which can be reduced by both hardware and software, embedded system has the characteristics of high performance, miniaturization, low power consumption and low cost, which can meet the design requirements of hand-held vibration detector. With the development of mechanical industry, the requirement of mechanical vibration detector is more and more high. Aiming at the disadvantages of traditional vibration detector, such as poor real time, not easy to carry and large power consumption, this paper presents a vibration detector based on Atom and ARM. It is an on-line real-time detection system with the advantages of good real-time, easy to carry and low power consumption. The main structure includes sensors, ARM platform and Atom510 platform. The latest ATOM platform not only has low power consumption, but also can transmit data online with ARM platform. It can realize remote control, and the system is extensible. Its structure is that sensors are connected to ARM platform, ARM platform is connected to Atom510 platform. The sensor converts the vibration signal of the device into electric signal, and the command is sent by the ATOM platform to control the Ar / D module on the ARM platform to sample the converted electrical signal, and the signal is transmitted to the Atom510 platform through the control of the ARM processor. The Atom510 platform carries on the spectrum analysis to the received data, and displays on the graphical interface. The system adopts the latest ATOM510 platform and ARM platform to improve the computing performance, reduce the power consumption, and reduce the size of the portable space, and further improve the algorithm. Most of the traditional vibration detectors use the FFT algorithm, which has a large amount of calculation, which affects the real-time performance. This system uses the sliding FFT algorithm to reduce the amount of calculation, improve the real-time performance, and reduce the storage space of the system.
