基于Arduino的开源3D打印平台系统设计与开发

【摘要】:以当前主流电子原型平台Arduino为开发环境,针对开源3D打印机进行系统设计与开发。确定了一种开源3D打印设备的工作链、软硬件布局及电气控制系统构成,在Arduino平台上构建了该设备的机、电、热集成开发环境,并设计了数字化样机模型。借助工业级3D打印机制造关键零部件和非标件,通过分部组装成功研制了等比例物理样机,在此基础上实现了Marlin固件的编译、烧刻以及样机校准与系统调试。探索并明确了开源3D打印平台的一体化开发流程和实现方法,为开源3D打印技术的应用、创新及推广提供了重要支持。
[Abstract]:Based on the current mainstream electronic prototype platform Arduino as the development environment, the open source 3D printer system design and development. The working chain, hardware and software layout and electrical control system of an open source 3D printing equipment are determined. The computer, electricity and heat integrated development environment of the device is constructed on the Arduino platform, and a digital prototype model is designed. With the help of industrial 3D printer, the key parts and non-standard parts are manufactured, and the equal-scale physical prototype is successfully developed through partial assembly. On this basis, the compilation, burning, calibration and system debugging of Marlin firmware are realized. This paper explores and clarifies the integrated development process and implementation method of the open source 3D printing platform, which provides important support for the application, innovation and popularization of the open source 3D printing technology.
