用户体验视角下的个人云存储服务质量评价研究

【摘要】：【目的/意义】个人云存储服务质量的有效评价对用户选择适合的个人云存储服务供应商具有重要的参考价值。【方法/过程】本文在参考已有文献的基础上,结合个人云存储服务的特点,构建了用户体验视角下的个人云存储服务质量评价体系。运用层次分析法计算评价指标权重,并选择四个典型的个人云存储服务平台进行评价。【结果/结论】研究发现,版本更新、存储文件的安全性、系统稳定性、可靠性、补偿性、身份信息和授权安全、响应与传输速度、产品品牌实力、容灾策略9项指标对个人云存储服务质量的影响较大。评价结果为个人云存储服务供应商改进服务质量提供方向,为用户选择个人云存储服务平台提供依据。
[Abstract]:[objective / significance] effective evaluation of the quality of personal cloud storage service has important reference value for users to select suitable individual cloud storage service providers. According to the characteristics of personal cloud storage service, the evaluation system of personal cloud storage service quality is constructed from the perspective of user experience. The weight of evaluation index is calculated by AHP, and four typical personal cloud storage service platforms are selected for evaluation. [results / conclusions] it is found that, version update, storage file security, system stability, reliability, Compensation, identity information and authorization security, response and transmission speed, product brand strength and disaster recovery strategy have great influence on the quality of personal cloud storage service. The evaluation results provide direction for individual cloud storage service providers to improve service quality and provide basis for users to choose personal cloud storage service platform.
