基于Linux的便携式扭矩扳手检定仪的研究

【摘要】:目前国内的扭矩扳手检定仪多数是机械式的,不仅研制周期长,体积庞大,质量过重,不易于携带;而且其存储容量小,检定速度慢,人机交互复杂,受使用环境的限制较大。针对以上情况,本文研制了基于Linux的便携式扭矩扳手检定仪。该检定仪可适用于各大中型企业,具有良好人机交互界面,同时能够快速检定和存储大量数据的。 论文通过研究金属应变片的物理特性,建立了扭矩传感器物理模型。分析了弯矩及轴向力对扭矩测量精度的影响,得知扭矩值与扭矩传感器输出电压之间存在正比例的关系。在硬件平台上,文章对数据采集单元进行详细设计,单元中包含电源管理电路、模数转换电路、MSP430采集电路、MSP430与ARM串口通信电路。为满足便于携带的要求,电源管理电路选择7.4V锂电池供电;但是由于各电路模块需要不同的供电电压,同时设计了7.4V转5V及5V转3.3V电源转换电路。由于高精度、低功耗的设计需求,模数转换电路选用24位带有超低噪声放大器的模数转换器CS5530,转换完成后,通过其串行接口将数据传入采集系统。设计中要求检定仪能快速处理大量数据,数据采集由超低功耗MSP430设计,数据处理由ARM嵌入式平台完成,MSP430与ARM则通过RS232串口进行通信。软件单元由嵌入式Linux、Qt及数据库应用软件平台组成,主要设计了系统可视化应用程序。主要的软件功能有:记录、存储、显示最大扭矩值;查询扭矩检定结果及历史记录;修改、存储、打印日期;打印检定证书;进行系统维护及用户管理等。 实验结果表明,研制的基于Linux的便携式扭矩扳手检定仪,其各项技术指标及功能达到了设计的要求。为扭矩扳手生产部门及使用扭矩扳手的行业提供了一种易操作、可视化良好及能够进行大量快速检定和数据存储的便携式扭矩板手检定仪。
[Abstract]:At present, most of the domestic torque wrench calibrators are mechanical, which not only have long development period, large volume, overweight and difficult to carry, but also have small storage capacity, slow verification speed, complex man-machine interaction, and are limited by the application environment. In view of the above situation, a portable torque wrench calibrator based on Linux is developed in this paper. The calibrator can be used in large and medium-sized enterprises. It has a good man-machine interface and can quickly verify and store a large number of data. The physical model of torque sensor is established by studying the physical characteristics of metal strain gauge. The influence of bending moment and axial force on the precision of torque measurement is analyzed, and the positive relationship between torque value and output voltage of torque sensor is obtained. On the hardware platform, the data acquisition unit is designed in detail, which includes power management circuit, analog-to-digital conversion circuit, MSP430 acquisition circuit, MSP430 and ARM serial communication circuit. In order to meet the requirement of easy to carry, the power management circuit chooses 7.4V lithium battery to supply power, but because each circuit module needs different supply voltage, a 7.4V to 5V and 5V to 3.3V power supply conversion circuit is designed at the same time. Due to the requirement of high precision and low power consumption, a 24-bit A / D converter with ultra low noise amplifier (ULNA) is selected for CS5530, conversion, and the data is transmitted to the acquisition system through its serial interface. In the design, the calibrator is required to deal with a large number of data quickly. The data acquisition is designed by ultra-low power consumption MSP430, the data processing is accomplished by ARM embedded platform, and the communication between MSP430 and ARM is carried out through RS232 serial port. The software unit is composed of embedded Linux,Qt and database application software platform. The main functions of the software are: record, storage, display maximum torque value; query torque verification results and historical records; modify, store, print date; print verification certificate; system maintenance and user management. The experimental results show that the portable torque wrench calibrator based on Linux meets the requirements of the design. It provides a portable torque plate hand calibrator for torque wrench production department and industry using torque wrench, which is easy to operate, well visualized and able to carry out a large number of quick verification and data storage.
