基于虚拟磁带库的容灾系统设计与实现

【摘要】:虚拟磁带库,该技术概念早在十多年前就已经出现,但一直没有被普遍使用。直到最近几年,,磁盘系统的成本越来越低,可靠性越来越高,业界开始越来越多的使用这个技术。这个技术逐渐成为行业未来的发展方向。 随着计算机技术的快速发展,政府日常活动所产生的系统数据日益增多,因此,数据备份量也就不断增长,现有的自动磁带库已经无法满足需求,因此,政府容灾备份系统的性能的提高就变得迫在眉睫,旧有的机械磁带库已经无法胜任这种任务,政府电子政务系统需要的是接近于在线存储的方式进行数据备份,而物理磁带库只能满足离线存储的设计要求,因此,如何提高政府电子政务系统在崩溃时的数据恢复能力和数据备份水平就成了整个系统改造的核心工作。 在本课题的研究过程中,虚拟磁带库系统结构是一个三层结构,分别是主机层、虚拟带库层和自动磁带库层。基于三层架构的虚拟磁带库容灾系统在传统的两级备份架构中增加了虚拟带库层,虚拟带库层其实是一个近线存储层,该层的特点是数据备份速度近似于在线存储,而设备价格又接近离线海量存储,本文通过对现有电子政务系统的深入研究,对政府电子政务容灾系统的发展现状进深入分析,对其在现有条件下应用中表现出的不足之处以及现有系统的海量数据存储的核心技术等方面进行深入研究分析,最后总结了电子政务系统基于VTL的容灾系统的预期效果以及整个系统的改造目标,从而进一步验证了虚拟磁带库技术在容灾系统的应用相对于物理磁带库的优势。 本课题研究的政府容灾系统是在传统两层的备份体系结构中加入虚拟磁带库后,主机和备机的灾难互备系统的恢复点目标控制在两分钟内,即在两分钟内实时地备份主机系统业务信息中的每一个数据操作事务,在最大程度上减免了数据的丢失。从根本上达到了灾难自动恢复的机制要求,保证了数据恢复时间指标控制在两小时内,因此,即使出现灾难或者意外状况,主机数据都可以实现在两个小时内从备机恢复,以保证备机的正常运行。 虚拟磁带库技术是近些年来发展起来的适用于海量数据备份的新型技术,虚拟磁带库技术在容灾系统的应用尤为突出,它具有备份速度快,数据恢复时间短的特性,主要备份领域,克服了传统的物理磁带库的缺点,对数据备份存储领域的发展具有重大意义。
[Abstract]:Virtual tape library, the concept of this technology has been around more than a decade ago, but has not been widely used. Until recently, the cost and reliability of disk systems were getting lower and higher, and the industry began to use the technology more and more. This technology is gradually becoming the future development direction of the industry. With the rapid development of computer technology, the system data generated by the daily activities of the government is increasing day by day. Therefore, the amount of data backup is also increasing, and the existing automatic tape library can no longer meet the demand. It is urgent to improve the performance of the government disaster recovery backup system. The old mechanical tape library is no longer competent for this kind of task. What the government e-government system needs is data backup in a way close to online storage. The physical tape library can only meet the design requirements of off-line storage. Therefore, how to improve the ability of data recovery and the level of data backup in the collapse of government e-government system becomes the core task of the whole system reform. In the course of this research, the virtual tape library system structure is a three-layer structure, which is the host layer, the virtual tape library layer and the automatic tape library layer. Virtual tape library disaster recovery system based on three-layer architecture adds virtual tape library layer to the traditional two-level backup architecture. Virtual tape library layer is actually a near-line storage layer. The characteristic of this layer is that the speed of data backup is similar to that of online storage. And the equipment price is close to off-line mass storage. Through the in-depth study of the existing e-government system, this paper makes a deep analysis of the development status of the government e-government disaster recovery system. The shortcomings of its application under the existing conditions and the core technology of mass data storage in the existing system are deeply studied and analyzed. Finally, the paper summarizes the expected effect of the disaster recovery system based on VTL and the reform goal of the whole system, which further verifies the advantage of the virtual tape library technology in disaster recovery system compared with the physical tape library. The government disaster recovery system studied in this paper is to add virtual tape library to the traditional two-tier backup system structure, and the recovery point of the disaster mutual backup system of host and standby machine is controlled within two minutes. In other words, every data operation transaction in the business information of the host system can be backed up in two minutes in real time, and the loss of data is reduced to the greatest extent. It basically meets the requirements of the mechanism for automatic disaster recovery and ensures that the data recovery time index is controlled within two hours. Therefore, even if a disaster or an accident occurs, the host data can be recovered from the standby machine within two hours. To ensure the normal operation of the standby machine. Virtual tape library technology is a new technology suitable for mass data backup developed in recent years. The application of virtual tape library technology in disaster recovery system is particularly prominent. It has the characteristics of fast backup speed and short data recovery time. The main backup field overcomes the shortcomings of the traditional physical tape library and is of great significance to the development of the data backup storage field.
