EVA热熔胶膜用于环氧树脂类光致聚合物全息存储卡的制备工艺研究

【摘要】:本文采用EVA热熔胶膜,制备了一种环氧树脂类光致聚合物全息存储卡,制备工艺简单。首先对所制备的环氧树脂类光致聚合物进行了耐高温试验,提出了一种新的全息存储介质制备工艺方法;使用532 nm波长激光对制备的全息存储卡进行了全息特性研究。该全息存储卡具有耐高温(≥60℃)、不易划伤特点,衍射效率不低于50%,曝光灵敏度适度,可进行角复用全息存储。经长时间存放试验,得出暗盒存放条件下该全息存储卡的保存期不少于6个月的结果。
