基于MSP430单片机的LXI数据采集器的设计及实现

【摘要】:LXI是以太网技术在仪器领域的拓展,是一种新型仪器总线技术,,它兼具GPIB、VXI、PXI等仪器总线技术的优点,并结合了应用最广泛的以太网技术,它的出现推动了自动测试系统向网络分布式系统方向发展。本课题的主要任务是以LXI数据采集器为研究对象,设计并实现符合LXI规范的C类仪器。 本文首先介绍了测试总线的发展历史和LXI总线技术的出现,分析了数据采集系统的国内外研究现状,确定了本课题LXI数据采集器所要实现的功能和技术指标。其次,对LXI规范的关键技术和数据采集器的技术指标进行了详细的分析。在此基础上,提出了基于MSP430单片机的软硬件设计方案。再次,根据总体方案,设计了LXI数据采集器的硬件平台并调试。在软件设计中,移植了TCP/IP协议栈,在嵌入式系统中实现了Web服务器,编写了LXI仪器的内置网页,然后编写了SCPI命令翻译器,设计了LXI模块间通信。最后,完成了CS8900A驱动程序设计以及数据采集功能程序设计。
[Abstract]:LXI is an extension of Ethernet technology in the field of instruments, is a new type of instrument bus technology, it has the advantages of GPIB,VXI,PXI and other instrument bus technology, and combines the most widely used Ethernet technology. It promotes the development of automatic test system to network distributed system. The main task of this paper is to design and implement C class instruments which accord with LXI specification, taking LXI data collector as research object. This paper first introduces the history of test bus and the appearance of LXI bus technology, analyzes the research status of data acquisition system at home and abroad, and determines the function and technical index of LXI data acquisition device. Secondly, the key technology of LXI specification and the technical index of data collector are analyzed in detail. On this basis, the hardware and software design scheme based on MSP430 single chip computer is put forward. Thirdly, according to the overall scheme, the hardware platform of LXI data collector is designed and debugged. In the software design, the TCP/IP protocol stack is transplanted, the Web server is implemented in the embedded system, the built-in web page of the LXI instrument is written, then the SCPI command translator is written, and the communication between the LXI modules is designed. Finally, the CS8900A driver and the data acquisition function are designed.
