基于WINCE平台的巡检及故障诊断仪的嵌入式软件系统研究

【摘要】:状态监测和故障诊断技术为工业机械设备安全平稳的运行提供了有效的保障,这使得以嵌入式技术为基础的故障诊断分析仪器在工业机械设备的管理维护中得到了广泛的应用。本课题设计开发的巡检及故障诊断仪,就是为了满足石化企业对分散的机泵群设备进行智能化巡检和故障诊断分析的需求。 巡检及故障诊断仪的硬件处理器采用的是三星公司的S3C2440A,并根据实际的功能需求挂接了其他硬件模块。基于Windows CE5.0操作系统平台设计研发了巡检及故障诊断仪的嵌入式软件系统。本论文重点研究了嵌入式操作系统和驱动程序的开发与优化,结合巡检及故障诊断仪的嵌入式软件系统开发进行了详细的阐述。 首先在对引导加载程序Bootloader的作用和原理研究的基础上,考虑巡检及故障诊断仪的实际需求,开发了巡检及故障诊断仪产品发布时使用的快速启动引导文件Fastboot,并在Fastboot中实现了开机LOGO图片的显示。其次研究了Windows CE5.0操作系统平台的内核结构和组件,,通过巡检及故障诊断仪的操作系统定制过程阐述了基于Windows CE5.0平台的系统移植定制和系统内存分配等方面修改优化的方法。最后分析了Windows CE5.0平台的中断处理机制和驱动程序模型,对巡检及故障诊断仪的LCD显示屏驱动进行了修改和移植,并采用流接口驱动模型开发了巡检及故障诊断仪的电池电量计模块驱动、转速测量驱动和数据采集模块驱动,同时结合应用程序对驱动程序的可用性进行了测试。 本课题设计的巡检及故障诊断仪已经应用于部分石化企业现场,实际使用证明仪器能稳定可靠的运行,很好的满足了石化企业对分散机泵群巡检和故障分析诊断的需求。
[Abstract]:The technology of condition monitoring and fault diagnosis provides an effective guarantee for the safe and stable operation of industrial machinery and equipment, which makes the fault diagnosis and analysis instrument based on embedded technology widely used in the management and maintenance of industrial machinery and equipment. The purpose of this paper is to meet the need of intelligent inspection and fault diagnosis analysis of distributed machinery and pump equipment in petrochemical enterprises. The hardware processor of the inspection and fault diagnosis instrument is Samsung S3C2440A, and other hardware modules are attached according to the actual functional requirements. Based on Windows CE5.0 operating system, an embedded software system for inspection and fault diagnosis is developed. This paper focuses on the development and optimization of embedded operating system and driver, and expatiates on the development of embedded software system combined with inspection and fault diagnosis instrument. Firstly, on the basis of studying the function and principle of the boot loader Bootloader, considering the actual requirements of the inspection and fault diagnosis instrument, the fast start boot file Fastboot, used in the product release of the inspection and fault diagnosis instrument is developed. The display of LOGO picture is realized in Fastboot. Secondly, the kernel structure and components of Windows CE5.0 operating system platform are studied. Through the process of operating system customization of inspection and fault diagnosis instrument, the modification and optimization methods of system transplant customization and system memory allocation based on Windows CE5.0 platform are expounded. Finally, the interrupt handling mechanism and driver model of the Windows CE5.0 platform are analyzed, and the LCD display driver of the inspection and fault diagnosis instrument is modified and transplanted. The battery coulometer module driver, the speed measurement driver and the data acquisition module driver are developed by using the current interface driver model. The usability of the driver is also tested with the application program. The inspection and fault diagnosis instrument designed in this paper has been used in some petrochemical enterprises. The practical use proves that the instrument can run stably and reliably, which meets the needs of the petrochemical enterprises for the pump group inspection and fault analysis.
