多波束测深系统磁盘存储技术研究
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of multi-beam sounding technology, the performance of bathymetric systems is increasingly enhanced, such as high resolution, ultra-wide coverage, real-time display and so on. At the same time, the high performance makes the system need to deal with more data volume and faster data rate, which has a higher demand for the data storage rate, capacity and reliability of the multi-beam bathymetric storage system. In this paper, a SOPC embedded disk storage system based on Altera-FPGA and its embedded NIOS II soft core processor is designed. The storage medium of the system is IDE interface hard disk. In this paper, the logic circuit of FPGA is used to design the IDE interface controller, to realize the ATA/ATAPI-6 interface protocol, and to realize the data transmission of the underlying interface of the device. The FAT32 file system is developed by using the uc/OS-II real-time operating system kernel integrated within the NIOS II processor. The data can be stored in the form of files and the offline management and operation of the disk files can be realized. The research work is divided into two parts: hardware design and embedded software development. First, hardware design includes hardware circuit board design and FPGA hardware logic development. According to the disk storage scheme and design requirements, the paper designs the circuit schematic diagram, the PCB drawing, the circuit board welding and testing, and builds the hardware entity platform of the disk storage system with FPGA chip as the core. The hardware logic design completes the embedded system construction and generation based on NIOS II processor, the logic design of IDE interface controller, and the logic design of Hotlink high-speed serial data transceiver (CY7B923 and CY7B933). Secondly, the embedded software development completes the FAT32 file system design based on uc/OS-II, completes the IDE interface disk bottom driver development, and realizes the disk data file storage and operation function. After completing the hardware design and software development of the system, the function simulation and system debugging are carried out to verify the correctness and reliability of the IDE disk storage scheme of the multi-beam bathymetric system based on FPGANIOS II. The feasibility of interboard data transmission scheme based on Hotlink is verified.
