基于ARM的壁挂炉燃烧室气密性自动测试系统

【摘要】:本文设计了一款基于ARM的气密性自动检测设备,用于检测壁挂炉燃烧室的气密性。本系统基于GB25034-2010《燃气采暖热水炉国家标准》的规定并结合嵌入式技术,旨在实现气密性检测的自动化。采用LPC2214作为核心控制处理器,,利用干式流量计、低量程压力变送器等相关器件,实现对流量和压力的精确测量。通过修正系数法,从外部Flash中获得必要参数,测量计算出被测器具的气体泄漏量,并自动与国标规定参数进行比较,给出被测器具是否合格的判断。 本文介绍了嵌入式系统的定义、设计方法,根据实际需要选择了适当的硬件平台和软件平台。对以LPC2214为核心控制器的硬件平台的和以μC/OS-II为软件的平台行了深入的研究,并对系统的整体框架进行了规划和具体模块的详细设计。在硬件方面,本文研究和设计LPC2214的外围电路、流量脉冲采集电路、压力采集电路、电磁阀驱动电路、人机接口电路和电源等重要电路,针对硬件的抗干扰措施进行了分析;在软件方面,本文研究和实现了嵌入式实时操作系统μC/OS-II在LPC2214上的移植,并基于μC/OS-II编写了数据采集、键盘扫描、LCD显示等任务,以及基于软件的数字滤波和看门狗设计,并在ADS1.2集成开发环境下调试通过。 实验结果表明,本文设计的测试系统满足流量、压力的测量精度要求,对产品合格性的判断具有较高可信度。
[Abstract]:In this paper, an automatic air tightness detecting device based on ARM is designed, which is used to detect the gas tightness of combustion chamber of wall hanging furnace. This system is based on the national standard of GB25034-2010 and embedded technology to realize the automation of gas tightness detection. Using LPC2214 as the core control processor and using dry Flowmeter, low range pressure transmitter and other related devices, the accurate measurement of flow and pressure can be realized. By modifying coefficient method, the necessary parameters are obtained from the external Flash, the gas leakage of the instrument is measured and calculated, and the parameters are compared automatically with the specified parameters of the national standard, and the judgement of whether the instrument is qualified or not is given. This paper introduces the definition and design method of embedded system, and selects appropriate hardware platform and software platform according to the actual needs. The hardware platform with LPC2214 as the core controller and the platform with 渭 C/OS-II as the software are deeply studied, and the overall framework of the system is planned and the specific module is designed in detail. In the aspect of hardware, this paper studies and designs the peripheral circuit of LPC2214, flow pulse acquisition circuit, pressure acquisition circuit, solenoid valve driving circuit, man-machine interface circuit and power supply, and analyzes the anti-interference measures of the hardware. In the aspect of software, the porting of embedded real-time operating system 渭 C/OS-II on LPC2214 is studied and realized, and the tasks of data acquisition, keyboard scanning, LCD display and so on are programmed based on 渭 C/OS-II. And digital filtering and watchdog design based on software, and debugging in ADS1.2 integrated development environment. The experimental results show that the test system designed in this paper can meet the requirement of measuring accuracy of flow and pressure, and has a high reliability in judging the quality of the product.
