嵌入式电能质量监控终端的研究与设计

【摘要】:电能作为一种重要的能源,其质量的好坏不仅与人民生活息息相关,而且关系到国民经济的总体利益。从某种意义上说,电能质量的好坏反映了一个国家经济与科技水平的高低。要把我国建设成为“节约型社会”,科学地监管电能质量显得尤为重要。 本文考虑到要采集和处理大量数据以及满足实时性的要求,综合比较几种原始方案的优缺点,最终提出了基于ARM+DSP+CPLD双CPU结构设计方案。硬件方面采用模块化的设计思路,主要设计了以AD7656为核心芯片的前端数据采集模块、以TMS320VC5402为核心芯片的DSP数据处理模块以及以S3C2410为核心芯片的ARM控制管理模块。通过](?)MS320VC5402本身具有的HPI接口实现DSP与ARM之间的通信,采用DM9000设计了以太网接口电路,实现了电能质量的远程监控,并制作调试了相应模块的电路板。软件方面,包括DSP数据处理模块软件设计和ARM主控管理模块软件设计。DSP数据处理模块软件部分给出了相应的程序流程图,重点介绍了ARM主控管理模块软件的设计。 数据采样部分,CPLD负责逻辑控制,利用VHDL设计自动状态机来实现对A/D转换和数据存储的控制;数据处理方面,通过对实时信号处理的MATLAB仿真验证了经过锁相倍频电路同步采样后再通过FFT变换进行谐波测量能够解决频谱泄露这一难题的理论正确性。 最后,成功安装移植了Qt/X11、Qt/Embedded图形开发工具,并设计了本监控终端的GUI界面,实现了远程监控和分析电能质量的目的。
[Abstract]:As an important energy source, the quality of electric energy is not only closely related to people's life, but also related to the overall interests of national economy. In a sense, power quality reflects the level of economy and science and technology of a country. In order to build our country into a "economical society", it is very important to supervise power quality scientifically. Considering the need to collect and process a large amount of data and to meet the requirements of real-time, this paper synthetically compares the advantages and disadvantages of several original schemes, and finally proposes a dual CPU structure design scheme based on ARM DSP CPLD. In the aspect of hardware design, we mainly design the front-end data acquisition module with AD7656 as the core chip, the DSP data processing module with TMS320VC5402 as the core chip and the ARM control management module with S3C2410 as the core chip. The communication between DSP and ARM is realized by the HPI interface of] (?) MS320VC5402, the Ethernet interface circuit is designed by DM9000, the remote monitoring of power quality is realized, and the circuit board of corresponding module is made and debugged. In terms of software, including DSP data processing module software design and ARM master control management module software design. DSP data processing module software part gives the corresponding program flow chart, the emphasis is on the ARM master control management module software design. In the part of data sampling, CPLD is responsible for logic control, and VHDL is used to design automatic state machine to realize the control of A- / D conversion and data storage. In the aspect of data processing, the MATLAB simulation of real-time signal processing verifies the theoretical correctness of harmonic measurement through FFT transform after synchronous sampling of phase-locked frequency-doubling circuit, which can solve the problem of spectrum leakage. Finally, the Qt/X11,Qt/Embedded graphic development tools are successfully installed and transplanted, and the GUI interface of the monitoring terminal is designed. The purpose of remote monitoring and power quality analysis is realized.
