蜂鸣片综合参数测试仪的研究与设计

【摘要】:蜂鸣片综合参数测试仪是针对压电陶瓷蜂鸣片分选设备而专门设计配套的智能型测试仪器,能直接显示压电陶瓷蜂鸣片的谐振频率和等效电阻数值。本仪器扩展了同类仪器的功能,用户可以根据需要进行相关参数的设置,同时可以对等效电阻和谐振频率进行四档合格分选和对谐振频率进行三档分选,分选结果直接显示及通过接口同步输出,以方便用户对产品的分选。 本文给出了蜂鸣片综合参数测试仪的总体设计方案;详细阐述了系统硬件电路的设计;详细阐述了软件系统的设计方法和思路;概述了本系统在硬件和软件设计方面所采用的可靠性设计与抗干扰技术;通过样机的调试,说明了系统的测试过程,通过实例对所实现的蜂鸣片综合参数测试仪进行了验证。论文还对研究工作进行了总结,找出不足,给出了进一步研究的方向。 本仪器采用SJ2780—87《压电陶瓷蜂鸣片总技术条件》中规定的恒压法测试原理。在分析了该测试装置的功能、原理后,提出了该测试仪主要组成部分:恒压源、信号调理、“电荷平衡”式A/D积分、量程选择、分选接口、STC89C58RD+单片机电路等,其软件部分主要采用汇编语言进行编写。 本仪器具有测试速度快、精度高、稳定性高、可靠性高、显示直观,操作简便,且所有参数均由仪器自动测量处理等特点,适合配套在测试设备上对蜂鸣片进行快速的自动测试,也可作质检部门检验之用。经过企业试用证明,各项功能性能满足设计指标要求,得到了企业的认可。
[Abstract]:The comprehensive parameter tester of buzzer is an intelligent instrument specially designed for the separation equipment of piezoelectric ceramic buzzer, which can directly display the resonant frequency and equivalent resistance value of piezoelectric ceramic buzzer. The instrument expands the function of the same kind of instrument, and the user can set the relevant parameters according to the need, at the same time, the equivalent resistance and resonant frequency can be separated by four qualified grades and the resonant frequency by three steps. The sorting results are displayed directly and output synchronously through the interface to facilitate the sorting of products. In this paper, the overall design scheme of the buzzer comprehensive parameter tester is given, the design of the hardware circuit of the system is described in detail, the design method and thought of the software system are described in detail. The reliability design and anti-interference technology used in hardware and software design of the system are summarized, the testing process of the system is explained through the debugging of the prototype, and the realization of the buzzer comprehensive parameter tester is verified by an example. The paper also summarizes the research work, finds out the shortcomings, and gives the direction of further research. This instrument adopts the principle of constant pressure method as stipulated in SJ2780-87 "General Technical conditions of piezoelectric Ceramics buzzer". After analyzing the function and principle of the testing device, the main components of the tester are put forward: constant voltage source, signal conditioning, "charge balance" type A / D integral, range selection, sorting interface, STC89C58RD single chip microcomputer circuit, etc. The software is mainly written in assembly language. This instrument has the characteristics of high testing speed, high precision, high stability, high reliability, visual display, simple operation, and all parameters are automatically measured and processed by the instrument. It is suitable for fast automatic test of buzzer on test equipment, and can also be used for quality inspection department. After the enterprise trial, the functional performance meets the design requirements and has been approved by the enterprise.
