基于单片机的通用工业顺序控制实验系统设计

【摘要】:为了提高学生对单片机课程理论知识的理解和应用能力,熟悉工业顺序控制的方法,基于Dais-52PH+单片机实验系统,改进了原有的工业顺序控制实验,以8032单片机为核心硬件设计了工业顺序控制实验系统。该系统可以自由设置控制的工序道数和时间,实现为每道工序精确定时,具有通用性,可以完成不同工业生产过程控制实验。
[Abstract]:In order to improve students' ability to understand and apply the theoretical knowledge of single-chip microcomputer course and to be familiar with the method of industrial sequence control, based on the experimental system of Dais-52PH single-chip microcomputer, the original industrial sequence control experiment was improved. The industrial sequential control experiment system is designed with 8032 single chip microcomputer as the core hardware. The system can freely set the number and time of the control process and realize the precision determination of each process. The system is universal and can complete the control experiments of different industrial production processes.
