基于单片机的自动粉刷装置的设计与模拟实现

【摘要】:近年来,随着人们健康意识的增强,油漆粉刷这类有害健康行业的机械化和智能化越来越为人们所注重,许多自动油漆粉刷器应运而生,如汽车自动喷漆器等,这类设备大都针对的是工业领域的油漆粉刷,对于家居装修这一领域仍存在着空白。针对这一现象,本文设计了一款用于家居装修的自动粉刷装置,用于调配油漆、自动进行油漆粉刷作业。通过实验室模拟调试,系统基本能实现这些功能。 本文的硬件设计采用了构件化的设计思想。选用AT89系列的芯片为主控芯片,用户可以根据自己的需要选择硬件接口,降低开发成本。在设计外围接口电路时,考虑到一些不利环境因素,利用各种器件做好电路保护工作,提高抗干扰能力。为了便于多机管理,本文还加入了nRF905无线电通信模块,采用无线电通信原理,接收多台装置的异常信号。软件设计上采用模块法的设计思想。提供简易操作界面,力求做到易用性与可靠性的统一。 本文采用亚龙YL-001型机械手臂进行模拟仿真,测试结果其功能基本可行,通过测试改进,可以投入生产。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the enhancement of people's health awareness, more and more attention has been paid to the mechanization and intelligence of this kind of harmful industries such as paint painting. Many automatic paint dusters have emerged as the times require, such as auto paint sprayers, and so on. Most of these equipment is aimed at industrial paint painting, for home decoration in this field is still blank. In view of this phenomenon, this paper designs an automatic painting device for home decoration, which is used to mix paint and carry on paint painting work automatically. Through the laboratory simulation debugging, the system can basically achieve these functions. The hardware design of this paper adopts the component-based design idea. The AT89 series chip is chosen as the main control chip, the user can choose the hardware interface according to their own needs, and reduce the development cost. In the design of peripheral interface circuit, considering some unfavorable environmental factors, various devices are used to protect the circuit and improve the ability of anti-interference. In order to facilitate multi-computer management, nRF905 radio communication module is added to receive abnormal signals from several devices by using radio communication principle. The design idea of modular method is adopted in software design. Provides the simple operation interface, strives to achieve the ease of use and the reliability unification. In this paper, the Yalong YL- 001 robot arm is simulated and simulated. The test results are basically feasible and can be put into production through the improvement of the test.
