BD光学头几何光学研究与设计

【摘要】:蓝光标准的制定是由索尼、日立、松下、先锋等九家公司于2002年2月经过一周的激烈讨论后,达成共同的产业协议。蓝光光盘存储是在DVD光盘存储系统的基础上衍生而来的,相对DVD而言其存储密度高、容量大、保存寿命长等一系列优点。截至现在,蓝光是最先进的大容量光盘格式,其容量能达到单层25G,双层50G,其读取速率1倍速为36Mbps即4.5MB/S,可以存储超过2小时播放时间的高清数字视频内容,或超过13小时播放时间的标准电视节目。 在整个BD光盘系统中,其核心部件为光学头,它的主要功能是精确的读取光盘上的信息,并将光信息转换为电信号提供给后端处理,其读取信号质量的好坏直接影响了最终所呈现的效果。目前关于光学头的开发主要掌握在国外大的电子厂家手中,国内的的电子厂家大多对齐直接进行购买,因此自主开发光存储的关键部分光学头具有极高的战略价值。 本文首先对BD光学头的基本原理和构成进行了介绍,主要阐述了如下几方面内容: (1)几何光学的基本原理,几何光学的基本定律 (2)像差理论的介绍,主要从几何光学角度对像差进行了简要说明 (3)将BD光学头系统与DVD和CD光学系统进行了对于,阐述了主要区别点 (4)对BD光学系统的主要部件进行了详细说明 其次,本文对光学系统中的一个重要部件激光准直径的设计进行了详细的描述,由于激光准直径目前的技术主要掌握在国外大的镜片厂家的手中,其价格非常高,为了降低产品成本,自主设计激光准直镜有及其重要的意义。对于该镜片的设计主要运用Zemax仿真设计,在镜片的设计中,其优化函数的建立直接影响到最终的结果,因此本文对Zemax中的优化函数相关部分进行了详细的介绍。在软件的使用过程中,对软件进行了二次开发,运用了其中的宏功能,大大缩短了设计周期,也对设计结果进行了充分的评价。 再次,本文介绍了BD光学系统中的相关计算,主要介绍了光利用效率的计算的光栅的相关计算。在光栅的计算过程中,讲述了循迹伺服的相关知识。 最后,本文介绍了聚焦伺服的相关知识,讲述了聚焦伺服的产生原理,信号的相关参数以及如何运用Fred软件的宏功能模拟聚焦伺服. 在BD光学系统的设计中,主要运用了目前成熟的光学设计软件Zemax和Fred。其镜片的设计主要运用¨Zemax软件,Zemax为目前国内外镜片设计的主流软件,其操作简单,优化功能强大。在光学建模方面我们运用了Fred软件,其更形象逼真。并且在这两个软件的使用中我们都对其进行了二次开发,大大的缩短了开发周期,节约了成本。
[Abstract]:Blu-ray standards were set by Sony, Hitachi, Panasonic, Pioneer and nine other companies in February 2002 after a week of intense discussions, reached a common industrial agreement. Blu-ray optical disk storage is derived from the DVD optical disk storage system. Compared with DVD, it has a series of advantages, such as high storage density, large capacity and long storage life, etc. Up to now, Blu-ray is the most advanced high-capacity optical disc format, its capacity can be up to single-layer 25G, double-50G, its read rate 1 times the speed of 36Mbps, or 4.5 MB, can store more than 2 hours of playback time of high-definition digital video content. Or more than 13 hours of standard television programs. In the entire BD optical disk system, its core component is the optical head, its main function is to accurately read the information on the optical disk, and convert the optical information into electrical signals to be provided to the back-end processing. Its reading signal quality has a direct impact on the final presentation of the effect. At present, the development of optical head is mainly mastered in the hands of large electronic manufacturers abroad, and most of the domestic electronic manufacturers buy directly in alignment. Therefore, it is of great strategic value to develop the key part of optical head for optical storage independently. In this paper, the basic principle and structure of BD optical head are introduced, including the following aspects: (1) the basic principle of geometric optics, (2) the basic law of geometric optics (2) the introduction of aberration theory, The aberration is briefly explained from the point of view of geometrical optics. (3) the BD optical head system is compared with the DVD and CD optical systems. The main difference point (4) is described in detail about the main components of BD optical system. Secondly, the design of laser quasi-diameter, an important component of optical system, is described in detail in this paper. In order to reduce the cost of laser collimation mirror, it is of great significance to design laser collimation mirror independently because the current technology of laser quasi-diameter is mainly mastered in the hands of large lens manufacturers abroad, and its price is very high. The design of the lens mainly uses the Zemax simulation design. In the design of the lens, the establishment of the optimization function directly affects the final result. Therefore, this paper introduces the relevant parts of the optimization function in Zemax in detail. In the process of using the software, the software is re-developed, the macro function is used, the design cycle is shortened greatly, and the design result is fully evaluated. Thirdly, this paper introduces the relevant calculation of BD optical system, mainly introduces the calculation of grating for the calculation of optical utilization efficiency. In the process of grating calculation, the related knowledge of tracking servo is described. Finally, this paper introduces the relevant knowledge of the focus servo, describes the generation principle of the focus servo, the relevant parameters of the signal and how to simulate the focus servo by using the macro function of the Fred software. In the design of BD optical system, the mature optical design software Zemax and Fred. are mainly used. Its lens design mainly uses the Zemax software, the Zemax is the current domestic and foreign lens design mainstream software, its operation is simple, the optimization function is powerful. In the aspect of optical modeling, we use Fred software, which is more vivid. And in the use of these two software, we have carried on the second development, greatly shortened the development cycle, saved the cost.
