矿井电网安全监控网络化系统研究

【摘要】:矿井供电网络是一个煤矿安全高效生产的动力来源。煤矿的智能化、自动化程度正在不断地发展和提高,与此同时,这就对矿井的供电系统的安全性、可靠性、连续性提出了越来越严格的要求。目前,以微处理器为核心的微机监测与保护系统已经广泛深入到矿井供配电网的领域,形成高低压配电监测子系统。但是这些子系统之间是相互独立的,监控信息也不能共享,,造成煤矿供电系统的运行状态仍停留在依靠报表逐级上报的被动局面,无法实现电网运行方式改变时供电安全保障。另外,煤矿井下的高压供电系统是由多段短电缆组成的单电源逐级控制干线式纵向供电网络。级与级之间的电流速断保护动作值按照常规方法整定计算,保护装置经常发生越级跳闸现象。 本课题研制一套矿井电网安全监控网络化系统,拟应用矿井配电网开关设备微机保护技术、配电网运算CAD及网络技术对矿井高、低压电网安全监测设备及子系统的网络化,使各馈电IED及进线IED进行多级通信和信息共享,为构建基于人工智能的煤矿井下供电网络的安全保护、监控与预警系统做有益的探索,形成煤矿供电网络安全保障体系。本系统中,在井下各采区变电所均装设MCGSTPC7062K嵌入版触摸屏,各高压开关柜装设SNP-2611矿用监控保护装置。监控保护装置实时采集各开关柜的运行状态信息,通过485通信传送至TPC7062K,并对电力参数进行显示。TPC7062K嵌入版触摸屏控制分站通过以太环网将井下信息上传至地面监控主机。 该课题的实施为消除矿井高压电网长期存在的因短路故障而引起越级跳闸的安全隐患提供了技术支持。所以该课题的研究对煤矿的安全高效生产有很大的实用价值和重要意义。
[Abstract]:Mine power supply network is a safe and efficient power source for coal mine production. The intelligent and automatic degree of coal mine is developing and improving continuously. At the same time, the security, reliability and continuity of mine power supply system are required more and more strictly. At present, the microcomputer monitoring and protection system with microprocessor as the core has been widely used in the field of mine power supply and distribution network to form a high and low voltage distribution monitoring subsystem. However, these subsystems are independent of each other, monitoring information can not be shared, resulting in the operation of the coal mine power supply system is still in the passive situation of relying on reports to report one by one, and the power supply security can not be guaranteed when the operation mode of the power grid is changed. In addition, the underground high-voltage power supply system is a multi-segment short cable composed of a single power supply step by step control trunk type longitudinal power supply network. The action value of the current quick-break protection between the stages is calculated according to the conventional method, and the overstep tripping phenomenon often occurs in the protection device. In this paper, a set of mine power network safety monitoring network system is developed. It is intended to apply microcomputer protection technology of mine distribution network switchgear, distribution network operation CAD and network technology to network the safety monitoring equipment and subsystem of mine high and low voltage power network. The feed IED and incoming IED are used for multi-level communication and information sharing. In order to construct the underground power supply network security protection, monitoring and early warning system based on artificial intelligence, the coal mine power supply network security guarantee system is formed. In this system, the MCGSTPC7062K embedded touch screen is installed in every substation of underground mining area, and the SNP-2611 mine monitoring and protection device is installed in each high voltage switch cabinet. The monitoring and protection device collects the operation status information of each switchgear in real time, transmits it to TPC7062K, through 485 communication and displays the power parameters. The TPC7062K embedded touch screen control sub-station transmits the underground information to the ground monitoring host through Ethernet ring network. The implementation of this project provides technical support for eliminating the long-standing hidden danger of overstepping trip caused by short-circuit fault in high-voltage power network of mine. So the research of this subject has great practical value and important significance to the safe and efficient production of coal mine.
