基于ARM的车门动能测试系统设计与实现
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of Chinese cities in recent decades, the population of large cities becomes more and more concentrated and the congestion problem is serious. Through the construction of subway, the traffic congestion of the city is effectively alleviated, which plays an important role in the rapid development of the city. However, in the process of subway operation, there are often safety problems in shield doors and train doors, so we need to test whether the kinetic energy of them in the process of movement conforms to the national standards. In order to solve the problem of sliding door dynamic energy test of shielded door and train door system, a kinetic energy test system of door (sliding door) based on arm microcontroller and wireless transmission is designed in this paper. Firstly, the sensor data are collected by arm microcontroller. Then the data is transmitted to the computer in real-time by wireless mode, and the kinetic energy, velocity and displacement of the car door are measured and the corresponding curves are drawn in the upper computer. In this paper, the measurement principle of car door kinetic energy measurement system is described, including velocity, displacement and kinetic energy measurement principle, and their measurement requirements are given. Then, according to these requirements, the design scheme of the system is put forward. Then the hardware circuit and software of the system are introduced. In the aspect of hardware design, the main devices are selected firstly, and then the wireless transmission module nRF24L01 and accelerometer ADXL103, are selected from NXP microcontroller LPC1114,Nordic company. Ultrasonic sensor KS103 and so on set out to carry on the design. In the aspect of software, the program design process of each part is introduced in the way of module, the program flow chart is given, and the algorithm and calculation process of how to obtain the kinetic energy index of the car door from the acceleration value and the displacement measurement value are emphatically discussed. Then, according to the previous work drawing and welding PCB, the acquisition software and computer-end display software of the car door kinetic energy test system are designed, and the prototype system is realized. Finally, every link in the design is tested on the spot, and some of the problems are modified to improve the performance of the system and meet the requirements of the system design index.
