电子花样机控制系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:电子花样机是采用嵌入式系统技术的新一代智能缝制设备具有缝制速度快,效率高,缝制质量好等优点,目前在箱包缝制行业有着广泛的应用。本文分析了电子花样机的工作原理和目前控制系统的基本形式,确定了电子花样机控制系统的整体设计方案。本控制系统使用了上位机与下位机相结合的架构形式,上位机使用了嵌入式PC主板和LCD触摸屏,下位机使用了运动控制卡。本文完成了下位运动控制卡的硬软件设计和花样图形处理算法的设计。 本文设计的运动控制卡主要由微处理器STM32F103ZC和专用运动控制芯片PCL6045B组成。在硬件方面,,介绍了电源模块、串口通信电路、CAN通讯电路、JTAG电路的设计方法。在软件方面,本文根据模块化设计方法将程序划分为一个个功能模块,详细介绍了指令接收与解释模块、指令执行模块、状态检测模块等的设计方法,最后介绍了抗干扰措施。 本文设计了一种新的花样文件存储格式HGC用于存储花样信息,介绍了DXF图形文件格式转换为HGC花样文件格式的方法。最后完成了花样图形算法的设计,详细介绍了直线、圆、人字缝、花样缩放和花样旋转算法的实现。
[Abstract]:Electronic pattern machine is a new generation of intelligent sewing equipment with embedded system technology, which has the advantages of fast sewing speed, high efficiency, good sewing quality and so on. It has been widely used in the sewing industry of luggage and bags at present. In this paper, the working principle of the electronic pattern prototype and the basic form of the current control system are analyzed, and the overall design scheme of the control system of the electronic pattern prototype is determined. This control system uses the architecture of upper computer and lower computer, the upper computer uses embedded PC motherboard and LCD touch screen, and the lower computer uses motion control card. In this paper, the hardware and software design of the lower motion control card and the algorithm of pattern processing are completed. The motion control card designed in this paper is mainly composed of microprocessor STM32F103ZC and special motion control chip PCL6045B. In the aspect of hardware, the design methods of power module, serial communication circuit, CAN communication circuit and JTAG circuit are introduced. In the aspect of software, according to the modular design method, the program is divided into functional modules, and the design methods of instruction receiving and interpreting module, instruction execution module and state detection module are introduced in detail. Finally, the anti-jamming measures are introduced. In this paper, a new pattern file storage format, HGC, is designed to store pattern information. The method of converting DXF graphic file format to HGC pattern file format is introduced. Finally, the design of pattern graph algorithm is completed, and the realization of straight line, circle, herringbone seam, pattern scaling and pattern rotation algorithm is introduced in detail.
