基于ARM的矿用低压馈电开关保护装置的研究与设计

【摘要】:矿井低压供电的安全主要依赖于馈电开关保护,馈电开关是矿井低压供电系统中非常重要的电气设备,其最主要的功能是实现井下电网的故障检测与保护。随着井下电压等级和设备容量的提升,供电距离的增加,传统馈电开关故障保护动作速度慢,可靠性和稳定性差的问题越发突出,难以满足井下低压电网安全、连续、可靠供电的要求。因此,对馈电保护技术进行研究,提高保护装置的性能是十分必要的。 针对我国煤矿井下中性点不接地的放射式供电系统的特点,本文研究设计了一种集测控、故障保护、通信等功能于一体的新型综合保护装置,采用ARMCortex-M3处理器和μC/OS-Ⅱ嵌入式系统,较好地解决了传统馈电开关保护动作慢、稳定性和可靠性差的问题。 首先,本文在详细阐述矿用低压馈电开关保护的研究现状和发展趋势的基础上,对井下供电故障的成因及对应检测方法进行了分析,提出了针对性的保护方案。通过对比功率因素的大小,比较有效地解决三相短路与电机起动状态难以区分的问题;提出一种新的反时限方程,较好地解决了传统方法保护动作延时时间与规定值偏差较大的问题;设计了基于RS-485通信技术的二级选择性漏电保护系统,同时考虑电网分布电容的影响,并给出对应的整定值调整方案,缩短了漏电保护动作时间,提高了保护的灵活性。零序功率方向检测采用基于全相位傅立叶变换的软件比相方法,,提高了相位测量精度。 其次,硬件设计以ARM芯片STM32F103RB为控制核心,并对主要硬件电路设计进行了分析。软件设计采用μC/OS-Ⅱ嵌入式系统,按照模块化思想进行任务设计和程序编写,具有较好的灵活性和实时性。在硬件和软件设计过程中注重抗干扰设计,采用了多种抗干扰措施,提高了系统可靠性。 最后,在完成设计的基础上,模拟井下供电环境,进行了相关试验。试验结果表明,保护装置在实验室条件下各种功能都能很好的实现且动作稳定可靠。
