基于OpenGLES的嵌入式数控三维图形仿真系统的设计与实现
[Abstract]:NC machining is one of the important links in CAD/CAM technology. With the continuous complication of machining parts in modern manufacturing industry and the continuous improvement of NC technology itself, the complexity of NC machining programs is constantly increasing. Therefore, it is more and more necessary to verify the correctness of NC machining code. Three-dimensional graphics simulation of NC machining is one of the effective methods to verify the correctness of NC machining program, which uses three-dimensional graphics to simulate the actual machining process. It is of great practical significance to shorten the R & D cycle and reduce the R & D cost of industrial products. The three-dimensional graphics simulation system designed and implemented in this paper can not only verify the correctness of NC machining program, but also be used in teaching and training, so as to reduce the cost of learning NC machining. The three-dimensional graphics simulation is realized on the economical embedded numerical control system, which can enhance the function and expand the use of the product. It can effectively improve the competitiveness of the product in the market, and has high economic value. On the basis of analyzing and studying all kinds of numerical control graphic simulation technology, the author optimizes the characteristics of embedded system, and then designs and realizes a kind of high efficiency graphic simulation algorithm. And apply it to the actual product. The main work of this paper is embodied in the following aspects: (1) on the basis of the existing research results, the scheme is designed according to the specific functional requirements of the graphic simulation system. Based on the ARM Cortex-A8 microprocessor as the core computing platform, and on the embedded WindowsCE6.0 system, the OpenGL ES graphic interface is used to design the program. (2) through the study and research of the three-dimensional geometry modeling technology in computer graphics, combined with the characteristics of embedded system, the graphic simulation algorithm suitable for two kinds of common NC machining methods, turning and milling, is designed. (3) the concrete work flow of the simulation module is designed, and the simulation function is realized. It is applied to the XX economical numerical control system of X Company, and the design scheme of this paper is verified by practical application and test.
