基于ARM的双电源信号采集及切换控制技术

【摘要】:随着社会经济的发展和人民生活的提高,供电的连续性越来越重要。为了确保供电的连续性,许多重要的场合都配备了两路电源。双电源自动转换开关能够有效准确的实现两路电源之间的切换。现代科学技术的不断发展在很大程度上促进了低压电器整体水平的进步,双电源自动转换开关在低压电器领域中占有很重要的位置,所以其重要性不断提高,性能也在不断的提升,,广泛的应用于各种重要负荷的场合。 本文在仔细研究双电源自动转换开关工作原理的基础上,设计了硬件电路,编写了软件程序。本设计以ARM芯片S3C2440A为微控制器,在嵌入式Linux系统基础上,编写装置的驱动程序和应用程序,对供电电源进行电压和频率信号采集,并将采集到的结果显示在LCD液晶屏上。如果出现故障,微处理器控制切换控制装置实现常用电源与备用电源的切换。除此之外,还研究了双电源自动转换开关的软硬件抗干扰措施。 本论文设计的双电源信号采集系统,能够实时准确地检测两路电源的电压和频率信号,并将结果显示在液晶屏上,同时将目前比较先进的ARM芯片及嵌入式Linux系统应用在本设计中,增加了双电源自动转换开关的可靠性、智能性、高效性,提高了装置的整体价值,能够应用于工业现场。
[Abstract]:With the development of social economy and the improvement of people's life, the continuity of power supply is becoming more and more important. In order to ensure the continuity of power supply, many important occasions are equipped with two power sources. The automatic switching switch of dual power supply can effectively and accurately realize the switching between the two power sources. The continuous development of modern science and technology has promoted the progress of the overall level of low-voltage electrical appliances to a great extent. The automatic switch of double power supply occupies a very important position in the field of low-voltage electrical appliances, so its importance continues to improve. Performance is also constantly improving, widely used in a variety of important load occasions. Based on the careful study of the working principle of double power automatic switching switch, the hardware circuit is designed and the software program is written in this paper. Based on the embedded Linux system, the driver and application program of the device are written to collect the voltage and frequency signals of the power supply, and the collected results are displayed on the LCD screen. If there is a failure, the microprocessor control switching control device realizes the switching between the common power supply and the standby power supply. In addition, the hardware and software anti-interference measures of dual power automatic switching switch are also studied. The dual power supply signal acquisition system designed in this paper can detect the voltage and frequency signals of the two power sources in real time and accurately, and display the results on the LCD screen. At the same time, the advanced ARM chip and embedded Linux system are applied in this design, which increases the reliability, intelligence and efficiency of the double power automatic switch, improves the overall value of the device, and can be applied to the industrial field.
