激光陀螺扫频测试系统USB接口的设计与开发

【摘要】:随科技的发展,拥有着良好的工作特性和诸多的优点的环形激光陀螺(RLG)已经逐渐成为新一代惯性导航系统的理想核心器件。.而稳频系统是激光陀螺工作的基本前提,高稳定性及可靠性的稳频器件对于陀螺的精度影响重大。 在激光陀螺的设计生产中,鉴于其结构的复杂性往往需要对现场的光强数据实时采集并处理,需要可靠性足够高的数据采集与处理系统。传统数据采集技术基于PCI等计算机总线致使其受系统总线带宽的限制,面对目前数据采集速率的要求增高的客观形势已经处于性能瓶颈。本文分析了各种影响激光陀螺频率稳定性的因素,并介绍了常见的稳频方法及主要技术的优缺点和可能的发展方向。并给出了一种基于USB2.O和LPC2368芯片的数据采集和信号处理的设计和实现方法。 论文结合基于USB总线的数据采集传输设备,简述了USB协议、组织结构、传输模式、数据流类型等,介绍了WDM驱动程序的工作原理,设计原则和设计方法,形成一个实现USB传输的程序,详细的介绍了该例程的各个功能模块,得出了基于USB2.0规范的光强采集与传输系统的设计方案。该设计性能稳定、传输可靠,已应用于数据采集设备中。对系统的性能进行测试的结果表明:数据的传输过程达到了设计的要求。驱动程序设计过程的详细介绍对USB专用设备驱动程序的设计和开发具有良好的参考应用价值。
[Abstract]:With the development of science and technology, ring laser gyro (RLG), which has good working characteristics and many advantages, has gradually become the ideal core device of the new generation inertial navigation system. The frequency stabilization system is the basic premise of the laser gyro, and the high stability and reliability of the frequency stabilizer has a great influence on the accuracy of the gyro. In the design and production of laser gyro, in view of the complexity of its structure, it is often necessary to collect and process the light intensity data in real time, and a data acquisition and processing system with high reliability is needed. The traditional data acquisition technology is based on PCI and other computer buses, which is limited by the bandwidth of the system bus. In the face of the objective situation of the increased data acquisition rate, it has been in the bottleneck of performance. In this paper, various factors affecting the frequency stability of laser gyro are analyzed, and the common frequency stabilization methods, the advantages and disadvantages of the main technologies and the possible development direction are introduced. A design and implementation method of data acquisition and signal processing based on USB2.O and LPC2368 chip is given. Combined with the data acquisition and transmission equipment based on USB bus, this paper briefly describes the USB protocol, organization structure, transmission mode, data flow type and so on, and introduces the working principle, design principle and design method of WDM driver. A program to realize USB transmission is formed, each functional module of the routine is introduced in detail, and the design scheme of light intensity acquisition and transmission system based on USB2.0 specification is obtained. The design has been used in data acquisition equipment because of its stable performance and reliable transmission. The results of system performance test show that the data transmission process meets the design requirements. The detailed introduction of driver design process has good reference application value for the design and development of USB special device driver.
