木材烘干分布式控制系统主控系统设计与实现

【摘要】:木材加工行业是国民经济重要的组成部分,近年来,随着人们物质生活水平的不断提高,木材加工行业得到了快速发展,而木材干燥技术作为其关键技术,,直接影响木制品的质量和使用寿命。由于我国的木材干燥工业起步比较晚,干燥设备和技术距离国外同行先进水平仍有不小差距。本课题的研究目的就是建立一个木材干燥分布式控制系统,对木材干燥过程中温度、湿度、含水率等关键参数周期性的进行采集,根据采集到的数据,按照一定的木材干燥基准,通过对加热、喷淋、风门等的控制,对木材干燥过程加以相应的控制,提高木材干燥的自动化程度,提高其生产水平和生产效率,这对于我国木材干燥技术的发展能起到一定的推动作用。最后经过模拟仿真和实物运行调试,表明系统可以稳定可靠的对木材干燥过程进行有效的控制,基本上达到了预定的设计目标。
[Abstract]:Wood processing industry is an important part of the national economy. In recent years, with the continuous improvement of people's material living standards, the wood processing industry has been developed rapidly, and wood drying technology as its key technology. Directly affect the quality and service life of wood products. Due to the late start of wood drying industry in China, there is still a big gap between drying equipment and technology and the advanced level of foreign counterparts. The purpose of this paper is to establish a distributed control system for wood drying, which collects temperature, humidity, moisture content and other key parameters periodically, according to the collected data. According to a certain wood drying standard, through the control of heating, spray, air door and so on, the wood drying process is controlled accordingly, the automation degree of wood drying is improved, and its production level and production efficiency are improved. This can play a certain role in promoting the development of wood drying technology in China. Finally, through simulation and physical operation and debugging, it is shown that the system can control the wood drying process stably and reliably, and basically achieve the predetermined design objectives.
